I wasn’t set upon as soon as I walked in the door , had the time to browse around and look for the item I came into see.
Judy was very helpful and pleasing to talk to she went over everything I needed to know about the item and policies.
I therefore made a great purchase .

Carlton and Brad were very efficient in what they do, respectful of property, polite and happy to take time out to show how the sofas can be disassembled if neccessary.

I am trying to remain objective regarding my experience with Furniture Village; however, based on my experience, I would be reluctant to recommend the company.

I purchased a table and chairs with an estimated delivery time of 11 weeks. The order was not delivered until 25 weeks later, communication was dire and when it finally arrived, an incorrect chair had been supplied and essential screws were missing. Faced another four-week wait for the missing parts. Assembly was paid for but never took advantage of due to deliveries all over the place.

The lack of communication throughout the process has been extremely disappointing. At no stage have I received an apology for the delays and errors, and my interactions with the Complaints Team have not provided a satisfactory resolution.

As a result of the poor customer service and lack of regard shown to me as a customer, I would not consider purchasing from Furniture Village again. While I have always found the quality of the products to be good, I have significant concerns regarding the overall customer experience.

These young men, were very friendly and polite! Fairly quick and effigy and knowing we’ve had previously had damage done, took very good care.

I received lots of help and advice from the assistant Alif when choosing my sofa. He was very patient when I couldn’t decide what fabric to choose.
The paperwork was explained to me and Alif also advised me about the fabric care package.

The shop was nicely laid out with plenty of items to try out. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our order details were taken promptly and thoroughly. All in all a great experience.

After a very long wait our new corner unit arrived this morning. The two delivery drivers - Richard and James were brilliant. They brought in the parts and assembled with great care. They were very polite and courteous and arrived well before allocated time slot. Everything left tidy and rubbish taken away. Could not fault them 10/10*

Judith did a great job helping us pick our table and chairs. Not rushed in any way. First class service. Table and chairs turned up as scheduled. Quality way ahead of other furniture stores. Bit of a premium to pay but worth every penny. Delivery guys were super helpful and respectful. We will be back!
