Wilfred was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, patient and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices. We bought a sofa, coffee table and carpet, and he made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.

He was also so welcoming and thoughtful — offering us coffee, having lovely conversations with us and making us feel completely comfortable rather than pressured. His customer service was exceptional, and you could really tell that he cared about helping us find the right things for our home.

Visit to purchase / order the Winner 2 & 3 seater leather sofas + footstool. Greeted with a welcoming smile by Joe Aden, on entry into the store and the rest of the consult was an absolute breath of fresh air. No hard sell but an excellent knowledge of the products. He explained all my options and ultimately made me feel listened to. He is a real asset to Furniture Village. I hope the rest of the process is as complimentary as this visit was. Thank you Joe.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company, with very little credibility or accountability. I have now been waiting around six months for my dining table, despite repeated promises and numerous visits to the store to obtain updates.

I have spent a considerable amount of time chasing the company, only to receive further promises without a satisfactory resolution. They repeatedly contact me about taking delivery of the chairs when the table is still unavailable, even though the chairs are also being scheduled for delivery at random times that I then have to chase them to cancel.

How can a customer be expected to accept delivery of only part of an order when the main item has been delayed for months? The level of communication, coordination and customer service has been extremely disappointing. This has been a very stressful and time-consuming experience.

It was just really easy to do first time of ever going in a shop to buy sofa out right cant remember the man's name but very helpful i was well happy he understands all my needs and showed me what he could do
