Furniture Village - Croydon Reviews 

We recently visited Furniture Village on Purley Way, and I want to share the fantastic customer service we received from Stacy. She was warm, friendly and instantly made us feel comfortable — the kind of person who genuinely enjoys helping customers.
Stacy took her time explaining everything clearly and in detail, making sure we understood all the options, features and differences. Nothing felt rushed, nothing was too much trouble, and she delivered every explanation with patience and a smile. Her knowledge was impressive, but it was her kind, approachable manner that really stood out.
She went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable, guiding us through the process step by step and making sure we felt confident in our choices. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine warmth, but Stacy absolutely does.
She is a real credit to Furniture Village, and we would highly recommend speaking to her if you want friendly, attentive and truly helpful customer service.

Very helpful and patient. Took us 12 months to complete our house purchase and they held our order without any issues. The quality of products, service and timeliness of information

I went into Furniture Village on Friday 28th August, with my sister, to get some ideas on a sofa for my new flat and Brandon was very helpful by showing us a few sofas that could fit my requirements. I came out with 4 potential options but thought I knew which one I would go for.

I thought about these options over the weekend and looked at other possible sofas. But felt that these four options are the best.

As such, I came back with my parents on 31st August to see what they thought of the choices after trying them out. We were greeted by friendly staff upon arriving at the store and I explained about speaking to Brandon last week so they got him for me. My parents and I were offered drinks while we tried the different seats, which is great customer service.

Brandon explained a bit about the furniture we were sitting on at the time and how I would need to make a choice about the left hand or right hand option before leaving if I went for that sofa as it can’t be changed afterwards. He left us to continue looking at the other sofas and said to call when we needed him.

I quickly ruled out two of the four options after sitting on them again and getting my parents thoughts and it was down to the last two choices. Ultimately, I went with my favourite choice as it gave greater flexibility. Brandon came back to us as we were trying that sofa again and I said I was going to go for that sofa, which converts to a sofa bed as it has more flexibility to it. I also added the footstool for extra storage.

I sat down with Brandon to work out everything that I was going to get with the sofa and footstool and organised the payment.

Throughout the transaction Brandon was very clear on the benefits of the sofa and what was available to purchase with it, and asked if I wanted to include anything else so I added a nice mirror for my lounge.

I had a great experience at Furniture Village and would use them again as the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you.

The service provided by the staff member Bipin at Furniture Village was excellent. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. He made us feel at ease whilst supporting us with good information to help us make our choices.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the customer service was fantastic.

After a consultation, Wilfred immediately understood what I was looking for no fussing around or unnecessary sales talk. He simply said, “I want you to try three mattresses and then decide.”

There were so many mattresses to choose from, but the very first one I tried was the one I ended up purchasing! I did try the others, but Wilfred had clearly got it right and, as it turned out, so did I! 😂

I would definitely recommend Furniture Village to everyone. The customer service from all the staff was warm, welcoming and professional.

Ordered a single mattress, which came with what i understood to b free mattress protector, free pillows and half price delivery.NOT THE CASE got charged £100 for the mattress protector, spoke to manager who said i had to return them for a refund, which as my husband is really ill i cant do (im in awheelchair) not heard back from them

I bought a raven 2 seater and a 1 seater sofa from furniture village Croydon 8 months ago.as per the sales lady instructions I was told to sit on all the seat cushion
For 1 month and then to use the leather care cream as supplied by furniture village my leather sofa is now peeling off one of my cushions.my warranty claim has now been rejected by furniture village.i urge any one buying a sofa from this company to advoid them and shop else where as the warranty you get from furniture village is worth nothing. Please advoid furniture village at all cost.if i could give them no stars i would.i will never buy another product from this company ever again. I feel I have been robbed by this company for £1000 pounds I urge you to please shop elsewhere.the company they send out to review the damage to your sofa the guy on the phone said don't worry you got a full warranty so no problem .so furniture village is a whole different story.save your money shop elsewhere. Less hassle for you all.i don't know how furniture village can treat their customers so bad shocking service from furniture village so bad never again please guy look else where for your furniture .you have been warned.
