Excellent customer service greeting ‘s by staff in store with ,good morning,. Left to browse at our leisure Jak was amazing very pleasant never felt rushed and helped with different items we liked.

James listened to us and was very helpful in his knowledge of the products we were looking at so he assisted us rather than pushed us into an informed decision to purchase!!

Alice was very helpful in dealing with my problem and arranging a replacement.

No hassle selling just a comfortable atmosphere assistant was knowledgeable and helpful

Furniture ordered is still not available and no communication on when it will be available we have had to ring and ask for update now a month overdue and no delivery date disappointed in your customer service.

From our first visit to the showroom and meeting James and eventually purchasing 2 leather sofa’s our transaction and eventual delivery was excellent in every aspect.
The delivery was on due date and the delivery guys were brilliant calling us 20 minutes before arriving ,taking great care in our property and explaining the operation of the recliners and other extras. The quality of the sofas is great.
I would certainly recommend furniturevillage and their staff.

I spoke to a lady called Donna who was very polite, listened to my problem, seemed to understand and had no hesitation in saying she would get someone to come and assess the situation. She gave me great confidence in Furniture Village customer care unlike some companies where you cant even speak to anyone! Well done Donna for sending me an email immediately and helping out.

Terrible aftercare service - delivered wrong colour headboard and now I have to wait another 4 weeks for thw correct headboard.

Great sales service at Cribbs causeway showroom with helpful saleswoman who explained how the swivel table mechanism worked from a round to an oblong table top with no hard sell and plenty of suggestions to my questions. The delivery guys Sebastian & Mike were also polite and showed me how to convert the table & provided some stick on protection to the table legs for my flooring. Great friendly service and quality product with cleaning kit & instructions. Great service throughout
