Great communication, good price, prompt service and updates. Most of all they took excellent care getting my BMW s1000RR across the country. I have already recommended their service to a friend without reservation. Keep up the great work!

Bike was damaged in shipping. After obtaining an estimate for repairs with supporting photographs a claim was paid within two to three weeks. Overall good. Just wish they took care of the bike in the first place.

Overall a very smooth motorcycle transport across the USA. Tracking was very good. Of note I had a minor claim for damage that was handled to my absolute satisfaction. The guys picking up this investment quality bike should have had soft straps and known how to use them. All the same I was satisfied and would use this service again.

Federal Motorcycle Transport provided excellent service shipping my motorcycle along with 6 others from White Plains, MD to Santa Clarita, CA. The driver, on pickup, was professional and courteous, and did a great job with strapping down the bikes securely for the trip. At our destination, the warehouse folks were also very professional and courteous.
Though we encountered some logistical problems on our end due to circumstances beyond our control, the folks at Federal bailed us out of our predicament and saved the day!
A special thanks to Kristina Simpson our Federal shipping coordinator. She was extremely helpful, went above and beyond! Her efforts was greatly appreciated!

From start to finish the folks at the desks to the driver of the truck were all professional and courteous throughout the process. The final price was lower than the quoted price and they went the extra mile to ensure our trip was successful!

Motorcycle arrived perfect and on time. Very easy to deal with arrangements. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that although they use a special skid in a trailer for the big cross country trip, I had home delivery and a box truck was used from the depot to my house. There was all kinds of stuff being delivered on the box truck. Again - no problems. I highly recommend.

Shipped a bike I won on Ebay from one of the most remote places in America (Florida Keys) to the high Rockies of Colorado (another very remote location). Picked it up within a week of calling them and had it here in nine days. Great service.

I have used Fun Transport two times and the service has been exemplary. On time and quick pickup and timely delivery. I was kept informed as to the shipping time and delivery date. I will use them again.

Bike was delivered on time or early and was in perfect shape. They also had great prices.

The 2 guy's that loaded the bikes were clueless. Didn't even know what a Harley was. The rest of the transport was great, with the tracking and so forth.

I am saddened to not give a good review. I shipped a custom made Harley Davidson from Las Vegas to Florida and even paid extra for more insurance. First off when the "loaders" came to pick up the bike I asked if they needed help and they said yes as they had never loaded a motorcycle before, they were really nice but lets get real, this is a 50k custom motorcycle and I stressed I would pay whatever was needed to create peace of mind.

Next it was delayed by three days on delivery, that is okay. When it was delivered my custom mirror was broken and not repairable, otherwise it seemed okay.

When I went to ride it the next day I noticed that the clutch was sloppy and had come undone during travel.

When I called to get assistance I spoke with a lady (also very polite) but did not understand anything of what was wrong. My main upset is that although I paid for extra insurance the lady said that there was nothing that she thought could be done as I had signed off upon arrival and only noted the mirror.

I still cannot find the mirror online as its custom so am now out over 1k despite paying extra.

Overall everyone was very helpful and polite its just that I am still stuck with these damages. If this can get handled I will change my tune immediately.
