We started shipping our bikes with Federal and Jennifer in 2000. We have had nothing but fantastic service and outstanding experience dealing with them. Jennifer has all the answers and always makes sure are bikes arrive on time and are ready to ride. We wouldn't trust anyone else.

This was my first time shipping a bike. I shipped from the DC area to San Diego for a trip to Baja and then back from San Diego to DC. It was easy to set up the transport. The folks on the phone were easy to deal with and very knowledgeable I dropped the bike and picked it up at regional warehouses. The warehouse transport workers were very professional, they had some really good pallets And straps for tying the bike down. Everything happened on time and was very professional. I would use this transport service again!

I have used FunTransport for 5 years. My motorcycle arrives at its destination on time and without any damage whatsoever. I have used other transport companies and while they might be cheaper, the delivery took three times as long and my motorcycles sustained damage. If you want peace of mind when shipping your motorcycle, look no further!

This was my first experience ever shipping a motorcycle or any vehicle for that matter. The process was real great from start to finish.

The representative I spoke to initially (Mary) was excellent and very knowledgable and confidence instilling
All my questions and concerns were addressed
Bike was picked up on time
They guys picking it up were professional and experienced
The bike was securely strapped down on a skid made for motorcycles
They even let me get up into the truck and watch the strapping process
Communication through the entire process was excellent and as expected
Bike was delivered to destination 3 days early
Bike had NO damage whatsoever when delivered

I was thoroughly pleased with the service. Crew arrived early on pick up day, used great care loading the bike. 1 week later (as promised) I was called by the delivery crew & bike was delivered
to a parking lot 200 yds from my house (main road, lots of traffic). Again, great care in unloading.
I would not hesitate in using them in the future if need arises.

So impressed! I have been utilizing the Federal Companies (FunTransport) to ship motorcycles between Maryland & Las Vegas since 2007 - probably 7-8 times total. Never had any issues. The customer service is always outstanding at every turn.

I spoke with Judy Gordon on December 23rd and made arrangements for Federal Company to pick up my BMW motorcycle in NC and ship it to the dealership in Fife, Washington. My bike will be loaded into a container on February 23rd so Judy told me it would arrive in Fife by February 11th. The bike was picked up January 22nd, just when she said it would. The bike made it to the dealership on Friday, January 31st. All along the bike's route, I received notices of its location and that was much appreciated. Thank you, Judy!

I was waiting to write my review until my motorcycle arrived, and I gotta say, I'm thoroughly impressed. I was planning to ship my motorcycle from Virginia to Hawaii and I was nervous about this task and how difficult it had the potential to be.

After researching a few different companies, I found Federal Motorcycle Transport to have the most positive reviews out of the other ones I got quotes from. Judy made the entire process from start to finish extremely easy, and took care of all of the booking between the truck carrier company and the company that manages the boats that takes vehicles between California and Hawaii.

My bike arrived in excellent condition, with not a scratch in sight. My shipment was on time and I didn't have any issues whatsoever. I will likely use them again when I inevitably have to move from Hawaii back to the mainland, and I'm very happy overall.

The service was very professional from the driver who picked my motorcycle up to the warehouse guy that delivered my bike to me. Will definitely use your service again.

Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.

the pallet this year was better than the past years (14) that I have used you. Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

We have been dealing with Federal for 15 or more years. They are first rate. Jennifer is the absolute best, I would not deal with anyone else. We have have been shipping 6 or more more bikes across the country and have never been disappointed.
