No issues at all, very easy and wonderful to work with. I would definitely use services again.

I shipped two motorcycles. The crew that loaded the bikes was helpful and courteous. The bikes arrived on time at the destination 2k miles away without any issues. I keep my bikes in excellent condition and that is the way they arrived. The office folks are good and work with you to resolve any issues that may come up. I am in the process of shipping a third bike from the west coast to the east coast. So far so good.

The transport process overall was very good. Some of the folks in the warehouses could use some customer service training but I was very satisfied with the experience.

Federal shipped my bike from the Florida Keys to Tacoma, WA in less than two weeks. It arrived in perfect condition and the service was first class from pickup at my door to riding off from their warehouse. I would recommend Federal to anyone who is thinking about shipping a motorcycle. In fact, when several riders in the Pacific Northwest asked about my Florida plates I said I had the bike shipped and it was flawless.

Driver called and gave me a short window that he would be there and he was on time. very professional in looking at bike, taking pictures and marking any scratches or dents. got bike secure on pallet in a short amount of time. bike arrived at destination with no issues.

OK, so I had to ship a couple of bikes...........motorcycles cross county from OH to WA. So it took me weeks and weeks to research transport companies so that I would not get ripped off. After many weeks of said research I learned about Federal Motorcycle Transport from a number of people and the fact that Federal's name kept popping up as a reputable transporter. So, I call Federal Transport with much trepidation cause I've heard so much stuff about getting ripped of by transport companies. When I make my first call I talk to a wonderful person/woman named Judy.........extension 2216. After about 1/2 an hour of conversation she reassures me that this is the way to go. Then I call Federal Transport again and ask for Judy.........extension 2216.................Now remember, I've been doing this for about a month and half trying to figure out the transportation system and trying to not get ripped off. So, I call Judy...........extension 2216 again, and I go thru the whole thing again, making sure that were on the same page................but, and this is a big but.............she took a few minutes to just plain talk to me......well more than a few minutes.....about what I was shipping and why I was shipping ...........why I was shipping it from where I was shipping it and so forth....................So, flat out she made me feel comfortable with shipping process with her company and about not getting ripped of. Then, I called her back, as all the other companies waited $400 more per bike to ship my to bikes cause that just made no sense, $1240 two ship 2 bikes while all the other companies wanted $1000+ per bike. Well low and behold the price that she quoted me was the same price that she quoted me, nearly half the price of all the other companies.........So,....................one month later..................I call back and I ask for extension 2216, and I say Judy and she says hi.........she then asks for some number that I wrote down that is on the back of an envelope somewhere, and we picked up where we left off. Dang, is that not customer service or what? But it did not feel like customer service, now stick with me here..............It felt like more like someone who actually remembered our conversation about something I need to take care of and she picked right up where we left off the last time we talked, again!!. Geeze..............So, long story short after two more calls where I did not have all the information about the bikes, that she said I would need to have to have then shipped............and then......... need I say..........., two more wonderful conversation with Judy, I finally had all the information together to ship my bikes....................................................then, my bikes, a mint..........well close to mint 1998 BMW R100GS and my nearly mint 2000 ES1100 Moto Guzzi arrived as promised. Dang.............Thank you Judy, extension 2216, really thanks...............

The overall experience from order placement to bike pick up to bike delivery with seamless and very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use this service again and I will absolutely recommend it to other bikers.

Bike picked up when I needed it and delivered on date promised. Still not sure I'd ship my restored 1974 Norton(and I doubt I'd ship it with anyone); but I'm totally good shipping my riding bikes with them.

My BMW K1600GTL went from Austin to Boise in a week and one half and arrived with absolutely no scratches. Drove it away!

I shipped my bike from Detroit to Portland, then back to Detroit for a 2-week West coast ride. FunTransport was great to deal with, professional, prompt and got my bike there and back with no damage. It even arrived before I expected for both legs of the trip. I will definitely use them again for Mexico and Alaska rides I'm planning.
