Wow! Federal is now my #1 favorite shipper. I've owned many motorcycles, and had several shipped from out of state. Federal has been the most professional and personable than any others I've used in the past. From your first conversation with their staff until your bike arrives at your doorstep...a smooth, worry-free service. Judy was exceptionally helpful, always keeping me in the loop, actually making what might be a frustrating situation to some, actually enjoyable. My bike made the 3200 mile trip completely unscathed and very well looked after...as well as arriving long before I anticipated.

Bought a bike sight unseen in Ohio and couldn't go get it due to weather. Called Federal and spoke to Kristina who was a wealth of information! Got my bike picked up and dropped off in Omaha sooner than I expected! I would not hesitate to use them again!

My bike was supposed to be picked up by the 12th it is currently the 15th with no info on when it will be pick up! This is getting old and unacceptable!

Professional throughout the process. EZ to track progress and to pay online. M/C arrived in perfect condition AND on the day promised. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Federal to anyone needing this kind of service.

I bought a motorcycle on ebay and was nervous about shipping it half way across the country, especially after reading some reviews for shipping companies. After doing my research I decided to go with Federal. (My local Triumph dealer recommended them.) After a quick phone call giving them all my info, they picked up my Honda CB750 a few days later. They got it from Minnesota to Virginia in less than a week without any damage. I didn't have to pay up front, which was nice. I'd definitely use them again. You can find cheaper options on USHIP, but it can take a while to get a low quote and it's often a guy with a pick up truck. The shipping cost ended up being around $700, which was more than I wanted to spend, but I was happy to pay a little more to get some extra peace-of-mind.

Fantastic experience. I shipped two Harleys from San Jose to Chicago and back and everything went great. Bikes were well taken care of - not a scratch on either bike after 4,300 miles of transit. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and tracking was easy throughout. Highly recommend.

Picked it up when they said that they would and also delivered it when they said that they would with no mishaps! What else could you want? Very easy to work with and tracked the whole way too.
