I always prefer to create my own photos, layout and text. Being able to hand write a message, photograph it and upload it makes the card much more personal. Choosing delivery date is a boon.

Problem with ordering an anniversary card
I tried three times on my laptop to complete my order but I couldn't get past of the 'add a gift card' stage as there was no option to continue without adding a gift card. This took a lot of time and was frustrating. I finally managed to complete my purchase on my phone.

Quick, easy and efficient
Quick, easy and efficient. Having just failed to complete an order with a rival card company due to some sort of tech problem that customer services couldn't resolve, whereby I couldn't check-out my design, or open my basket, it was great to sail through practically the same process with no hitches with Funky Pigeon. Bad customer service
I ordered a card for my son to send to his dad for Father’s Day, I paid extra for the card to get there on the day, but it didn’t get there, it was delivered the following day. I paid £8.00 for this too! I complained about it but they refused to give me a part refund. I won’t use them anymore, I’ll go to moon pig from now on.

Frustrating to say the least
Having chosen my card and uploaded photos, all from the same directory but having to go round each one in turn, very annoying, I then tried to pay. I tried 3 different cards 2 x debit and 1 credit. I was unable to find how to actually speak to someone, it seems you can't, nor could I find an email address to fire a question at. Eventually I went all the way back to card preview and tried again. After 20 minutes of trying to pay I succeeded. Suffice to say 3 stars, very close to 2 actually. Not happy or impressed in the least. I can only hope my grandson's card arrives for his birthday.
