The items itself was fine
The items itself was fine. The person was really pleased with everything. It’s just a poor customer service portal and not being able to cancel. The order is absolutely absurd. I tried to pay for my order via Clearpay and PayPal as I clicked pay. No thank you for your order. Came up just an empty basket icon so I tried to do it again but unfortunately it’s charged to be twice. The order cannot be cancelled and I cannot be refunded. It’s absolutely ridiculous trying to get hold of someone is absolutely ridiculous in the future. I would just stick to Moonpig.
