What a lovely thought, giving people a chance to pay their respects to the deceased and wider family to know they are being thought about and supported. Also very good for people who cannot attend the funeral.

For a nearly 83 year old who sometimes has difficulty on some on line sites. For funeral guide that helps in a sad
situation such as the passing away of loved one, I found your site easy to use.

Transport was very punctual and service was short and sweet

Using bereavement as a way of harvesting personal data is not a good way to run a business model. Terms and conditions say any photo added to a memorial becomes the property of the company for them to use how they please ... forever! How many bereaved mourners have realised this ... none probably.

Only involved by leaving a Candle in memory of a very special lady.
But it was easy to do, very clear and lovely images.

What a wonderful thing, l have never experienced this before from a funeral company. It certainly will help those bereaved to know others care at such a sad time in their lives- plus the chance to donate ( if you have online banking ) plus being able to leave a message and light a candle .. everything is covered. Thank you for the excellent work you are providing - and going that extra mile to help those who are vulnerable.

We wanted to leave a message and donate in both of our names but the format would only allowed one name. The site was tricky to use. We persevered only out of respect of the bereaved, as reading the messages gave them comfort. In future we would donate directly to the cause, not through JustGiving, which took a five pound 'tip' out of our whole eventual donation.
