I am grateful for this service which enables one to leave a tribute or share a memory. The only hick up I found was that, having written my message I tried to click light a candle and this seemed to delete my message so I had to start again.

Easy enough to do as opposed to trying to filling in an envelope whilst at the funeral for gift aid.

For close family members who are caught up in the high emotion of the day, being able to watch this service online after the day itself can be comforting. I found comfort in being able to see just how many attendees there were and also view again the photo tribute which was well presented.

Funeral Guide's a great way to say your final farewells to a loved one.

The video was clear but the photograph reel was not clear at all. Sound was very good. The link cut off before everyone left the chapel so I missed my family at the back leaving. Only saw the back of their heads throughout.

Very easy to use after you get over the initial feeling that it seems a bit "social media'y" and therefore seems slightly dis-respectful for funerals but hey- it's a modern world. It certainly makes it easier to find out arrangements, leave donations and tributes.
