Regarding your comment: it is actually possible for another person to pick up the trailer if they log into the same account on another device and use the reservation there. This way, the app and booking can be accessed by the person handling the pickup.

Nightmare first but turned out great
First time I tried it was nightmare, one of the trailer wheels got stuck and I spent almost an hour trying to unlock it, nothing worked. Thought I’d never use it again. However, second time I needed it at ikea it was perfect, easy to install even for the first time, good videos etc. can recommend if you see wheel is stuck just cancel rent immediately and ask for a refund via mail. (It went for me with no issues) and rent another trailer
