Same road unworthy trailer twice
Having booked a trailer to transport building materials I went to pick it up. Everything went ok until we tried the directional indicators where the right was out of order. There was no check for this in the app and it is illegal to drive without. I therefore reported this and returned the trailer. Off course I was charged but I figured this can be paid back after.
I then proceeded to to try to book another trailer. Luckily there was one available and I reserved it.
Imagine my surprise when I was directed to the SAME trailer I had just reported as traffic unworthy! Not only that I was charged again!
Now I have written a complaint via email and I expect the following. Refunds for both charges, an apology and that they develop the application so there is a way of reporting electrical errors and canceling the booking taking the trailer out of rotation until fixed.
UPDATE:
As stated below the charges has been refunded and the replies from customer service has been both fast and quite nice. This was my first experience with freetrailer but in the aftermath I can conclude that the service level is obviously quite high.

We can also see that you attempted to contact us by phone, but the call was disconnected after approximately one minute. Had we been able to speak with you, we could have helped move your booking to the other trailer available at the location 😊
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused. We also appreciate your feedback regarding fault reporting and the handling of trailers that are not roadworthy. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our service and our systems.

Cheap and easily available trailers.
Having a cheap and easily available trailer is amazing. The unlocking and gps function is a bit buggy at times, but it works.

Super easy to rent, unlock and return. Trailer is high quality, clean, no big damages. And the costs are so low!
