The staff make the cruise. I feel safe and known to several crew members like their my cruising family. Safe feeling as I travel on my own. Thank you Fred Olsen.

From the minute you step onto the ship you are on holida, staff are brilliant cannot do enough for you.
Very relaxed atmosphere, it was easy to book with a phone call.

WHOLE CRUISE WAS EXCEPTIONAL WITH REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF

Went to Norway..excellent beautiful place.
Sea days were long ..there and back ..would have liked the full 7 days there . The staff were wonderful and very attentive ..but a few looked unhappy and were not very "smiley". I did report a superviser for the way he treated a waiter, this was dealt with (hopefully the person was reprimanded)
The tours on shore were very good but maybe a little short.
Booking and organisation very good and parking at port excellent .

The staff and the entertainment

Good staff went above and beyond good logistics ship clean and fresh
Only down side dated cabins and still bloody shower curtains, would I return yes if solo price was right,
fed up paying premium prices for worst cabins but many cruise lines the same

We had a great cruise from Rosyth to France on the Fred Olsen MV Balmoral. Lovely ship. Experience marred by illness - my wife had Flu and was confined to cabin for a couple of days. Most of our time was in temperatures of 30*C+ up to 42*C. The whole of Europe is still under a heatwave. Places we visited are still on fire.

Disappointed being charged for cancellation of a trip having given four days notice of this and being charged £7.50 for this. Apart from this the cruise was very good for money and staff very helpful and friendly

Hi, I couldn't fault anything. It was so well organised, friendly, spotless and more than hoped for and great weather.

All of the staff and crew are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble .
The food is excellent and the service on the Ballendalloch restaurant were first class, especially Thaweep and Rana

The whole experience was excellent nothing was a problem the staff do a wonderful job

The crew s staff as so attentive and treat you like a friend rather than passenger. Although there was a lot of heat outside you could always come into the cool of the ship and relax in the many lounges, bars and the Bookmark Cafe is a great place to meet up with your fellow passengers and make new cruise friends!

It was a well organised holiday. Ship the Balmoral was excellent and of a size that gave a friendly feel and easy to negotiate. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Was excellent from start to finish….
Staff were friendly and efficient, nothing was any trouble to them. Food was excellent, fantastic choice. Entertainment was good.
Whole ship was at a very high standard.
