They take orders and keep money as long…

They take orders and keep money as long as they can after shaking the mountain reaching customer service they will say its unwanted delay apologies and then finally they will refund. In the main time they will use your money refund you from others orders. If u don’t get the scam yet welcome to order from them.

waste of time

Like other people have said, they sold me a pair of shoes, then proceeded to cancel my order because they didn’t have said pair of shoes in stock. What bugged me the most was that I had written to them prior to my cancellation to receive some updates on my order, since its status had remained unchanged in some days, and they even told me that everything was fine and they were packaging my shoes. Waste of time

I was hesitant to give 1 star as I couldn’t give none I’ve ordered trainers for my son for Christmas guess what they cancelled the order saw they were back in stock so ordered again came up 2 big he said it’s fine then saw they had his size they wouldn’t exchange so I thought I’d return these then ordered 2 pairs thinking if they cancel 1 order I’ll still get them guess what they cancelled both ridiculous service horrible customer service she told me to join the wait list again are you for real

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking .
I thought footlocker was a reputable shop .
My son saved up and placed an order using my account ,
I got an email saying they were delayed he was very excited for them ,
He’s been wanting them since before Christmas.
They emailed me saying I had cancelled the order .
I chatted to them quickly ,
To make sure the error was stopped for them to say :-
It seems this was cancelled due to lack of stock and not because you requested it, that's a typo we have on the cancellation emails .
They are still for sale on the site but have doubled in price !

Cardiff store…

I recently visited the Cardiff store in City centre I asked a lovely lady called Shannon where the junior section was and she was so polite and showed me, I was then handed over to a gentleman called Josh he was so accommodating with what I needed and also was there to show me the other options online that could off be an alternative to what I wanted, My friend also wanted a pair of shoes which he was again really helpful with our needs and what we wanted.I will also just mention there was a lady called Donna who was lovely to talk to and she was talking about her new shoes. Overall had a great experience in store and would return thankyou all for the support.

Never ever will I use this company…

Never ever will I use this company again, ordered trainers in November 2025 - after waiting 3 weeks for delivery they come and were 2 totally different shoes. Iv tried to return the following instructions that were very hard to follow, at the time there was an issue in the supplying returns labels, when I finally got them to the locker for return jan 9th 2026 I sent them the proof, it is now almost MARCH and I still haven’t received my refund, after contacting them and getting the rudest call agent, didn’t listen, spoke over me and raised his voice as I was expressing my concerns, who definitely could not grasp the situation, he informed me that the parcel was not collected by UPS and is still sitting in the locker and that I as the consumer must sort this problem out myself, phone ups and ask for the parcel which obviously cannot be done as Footlocker as a company have to raise the issue with their courier service not me as a consumer. Tried to run back at 12:09 to inform them ups wouldn’t be giving me the parcel and it is their job to follow this up, only to find out that customer service is now closed and I’m still left without a refund. Absolutely terrible behaviour on their behalf and shambles of a company to deal with I will NEVER order from this company again. Worst experience I have ever encountered with customer service.

Don't bother - Phantom stock and cancellations

Absolute joke of a service. Ordered twice on the 20th Feb, and both were cancelled because they sold me stock they didn't actually have. Their "solution" is for me to follow their social media and use a discount code with a million exclusions. My time was wasted and my funds were tied up for nothing. First and last time ordering from Foot Locker UK.

Refused to process my refund after…

Refused to process my refund after return not delivered by courier eventhough I followed their return process and provided evidence, then blamed me saying they wouldn't process the refund as I hadn't followed a company process rule in a hidden EU help page.

I received a completely incorrect item…

I received a completely incorrect item that I did not order and they refused to send me the correct shoe that I actually ordered. My order had someone else's personal information and another stranger also now has my personal contact information and address. When I contacted customer service they told me that although it was their mistake, I need to arrange return of the incorrect product myself and they would withhold a refund until 1-2 weeks after it was received. So disgusting

Worst customer service

returned a pair of £100 trainers had to get in touch numerous times about a refund to be told that the shoes was missing from the box and I wouldn’t be getting a refund iv never known a company to have such bad customer service

Never Again

I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes from Footlocker in August 2025. After 6 months the sole had started to detach from the shoe itself with normal use. I contacted the customer service team, who asked for photos of the issue. After providing these, they have still asked for the shoes to be returned to their Quality Department even though the defect is evident. No pair of shoes should have such a defect after 6 months. I have returned the shoes to Footlocker reluctantly (at my own inconvenience) and remain hopefully they will provide a refund, as they do not offer replacement.
Overall terrible customer service, I will never buy shoes from Footlocker again and will go directly to Hoka next time.

DO NOT BUY FROM FOOT LOCKER

DO NOT BUY FROM FOOT LOCKER. I purchased a pair of sneakers and requested an exchange to which I had to pay for a box and label to ship back to them for an even exchange because it was not accepted in store... it is now 3 weeks later, 3 phone calls and multiple chats I have not heard a PEEP of them receiving my order back or sending out the replacement. I finally got someone on the phone after a 36 minute wait, who did not speak clear english and she put me on hold for another 28 minutes to tell me i have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days for them to process, but that the warehouse received my exchange back over 2 weeks ago. They refused to send anything stating that in writing I had to "go by her word" and then she hung up. I am at a loss of money and patience.
