Good service. Great range of products and discounts. Had to travel to collect from store, though. Staff seemed polite enough. Would probably use again because of the range of products.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was missing a pair of shoes in my order and they dismissed me and said they couldn’t do anything about it, I’ve had to go through a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back.

The staff in the Middlesbrough store were so helpful I couldn't find what I was looking for in store so the young man did it on line for me and as it was a birthday present I was wanting and he was very pleasant and got it delivered to the store for me in time for my grandson s birthday xxx
