Trainers arrived in box smashed to bits with the trainers hanging out. Not good enough!
Ordered a pair of Adidas Samba OG for next day delivery and they have arrived with the box completely smashed to bits and the trainers hanging out. The sides of the box are burst wide open. need to check if the trainers are damaged. This is not good enough. As a guy that collects trainers and does re-selling the box is really important.

Recent issues with a returns item was not dealt with - item purchased online when trying to create a returns label message says details not recognised, item cannot be returned to store as online order, and to add to my issues Incorrect item sent from footasylum twice 😡 contact made via chat for over an hour also via WhatsApp still no joy, so I’m left with a pair of jeans I don’t want- absolutely rubbish service , so thank you footasylum for not being helpful.
