Courier
The problem isn’t the company, but the courier it works with. They were supposed to deliver my parcel last Tuesday, it got delayed and eventually came Thursday when I was working and taken again. Now it was rescheduled for today, 24, didn’t leave the house the whole day just to find that it will now “come” on the 25.

My husband and I visited the store looking for some gym equipment and had a brilliant experience. We were helped by James, who was absolutely lovely, really knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to talk us through the different options and help us work out what would suit us best.
There was no pressure at all, just really friendly and helpful advice, and James was more than happy to answer all of our questions. It made such a difference being able to see the equipment in person and have everything properly explained to us.
Fantastic customer service and a really positive experience. We’ll definitely be back when we need anything else for our home gym. Would 100% recommend!

Very good customer service
Fitness Superstore have a comprehensive range of products both online and instore. When so much business is ONLY done on line it was refreshing that when I had issues of my own making (I ordered the wrong stuff 🤦♂️) I was able to speak with them and resolve the matter in a way that worked well for me - the customer. Good to see some businesses still putting the customer first.

Bowflex ex demo
I popped into store during the week to look over some adjustable dumbbells for me and my son, I was shown what was on offer by very knowledgeable staff.
While looking online at the Bowflex dumbbells I noticed the sheffield store had a set of ex demo for sale at a reduced cost. I called in store and Justin sorted everything out swiftly, even adding an additional discount offer, thanks Justin.
