The staff are knowledgeable about thier products. Friendly service. I'm disabled and usually feel out of place when being in gyms and fitness stores. Staff helped me find the products that I could use. I never once felt different or uncomfortable.

Avoid this company. I I purchased a series 7 Smith machine ..with the help of a friend who is a-builder we put it together and found that the main bar had been welded at different heights either side , and the machine was lopsided and not level.
When we contacted the store, we was asked to supply photos which we had already taken and was messed about for a couple of weeks whilst they was trying every trick in the book not to take responsibility for the faulty smith machine. Instead we were spoken to like children and told that we had probably just made a mistake and changed our mind. They also claimed that they couldn’t come to a conclusion after seeing the photos we had supplied them.. I have since found out from a friend of mine that he had the exact same problem when he purchased a chest press machine. We was eventually told after nearly a month that they were not taking responsibility and that they would not cover the charges for the items to be sent back we would have to do this ourselves and it cost a lot of money. Please be aware when buying from this company, as they are an absolute joke..

I recently visited the Tunbridge Wells store and spoke with Ricky who talked me through the different models of treadmills and their specs.
He emailed the details of 3 treadmills that I was interested in including pricing, dimensions and app connectivity.
I purchased the Titan Atlas treadmill which so far, we have been very pleased with. It is a solid and sturdy piece of kit and very quiet when in use.

Daniel was extremely helpful with honest clear advice. He helped us choose the most appropriate equipment for our home gym
