I ordered a victorinox I.N.O.X from…
I ordered a victorinox I.N.O.X from first class watches and it was delivered the next day. I decided it wasn’t for me so needed to return it and exchange it for a different watch. The customer service was excellent! They helped me through the process of returning the watch and getting the new one sent out. The new one was a bit more expensive so they sent me a link which was nice and simple.
The new watch came very quickly (obviously had to wait for them to receive my return) and was cheaper than anywhere else. In addition to that it even came with an extra strap which are about £65 to buy separately.
I have no issues recommending first class watches and will definitely buy from them again in the future.
