A gem of a store in Clacton on Sea…
I moved to Clacton on Sea a few years ago from London and have passed F. Hinds every time I pass as their windows are always full of interesting pieces. I need some advice on a type of chain for a specific item I own and was greeted by a friendly and professional team of 3. Matthew took the lead and asked all the correct questions so I could make an informed choice. I was so impressed that I made a purchase . Excellent customer service, great range of things to browse. I needed some advice about my jewellery and some ideas about fixing a necklace. The lady who served me was very helpful and she sorted out both necklaces with chains and a third with a new fastening. The service was effecient and courteous.
