The assistant was welcoming

The assistant was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had two watches whose batteries needed replacing on the lifetimes scheme. Replacing the back on one of the watches proved to be difficult but the explanation of how the problem could be overcome was clear. i felt valued as a customer.

Polite and non judgemental

Polite and non judgemental. Did their best to advise us and wasn't pushy with anything. Remembered us when we came to collect over a week later and were pleasant when we left, wishing us well on our wedding.

Staff really helpful

Staff really helpful. One point I would like to raise. After spending £3000 I was asked if I wanted to buy a polishing cloth for £1.99. I would have thought you would have offred me one for free.
