We are based in a quirky little shop in the Lanes Jewellery Quarter, Brighton, England and like to offer a personal and relaxed service, having many regular customers. Exceptional Service
I ordered a locket from this website on 22nd Dec and contacted them to ask when I could expect delivery with it being so close to Christmas as it was for a birthday gift, they responded straight away (even though it was a Sunday evening) and the locket arrived on Christmas Eve.
It is a stunning piece of jewellery and as requested, they sent the gift packaging separately as I wanted to put a picture in the locket.
Exceptional service all round!

Excellent experience
I was so impressed with Fetheray and highly recommend them! The prices are more than fair for the great quality. They have such an amazing selection of unique pieces and I love the detailed information they provide about them. I was able to find an antique charm I had been on the search for and couldn’t find elsewhere. Customer service was top notch and delivery was surprisingly fast even though I’m overseas. Looking forward to building my collection with more of their finds in the future!

They didn't have the option I was looking for initially and instead offered to have a custom ring engraved with details I had requested.
