Huge fan of what FanBasis does! Joshua Solano is great at helping customers and ensuring a smooth experience.

I’ve been processing with Fanbasis for over a year and honestly with all the options out there they are 100% the overall top pick in my opinion. The support and customer relationship is insane. Everything works perfectly 98% of the time, and whenever that inevitable 2% happens I hit up Josh or someone on the team and everything gets fixed on the spot exactly when I need it to come through, the dedication and work ethic is crazy, even when I wasn’t making that much on the platform they still took care of me with the same level of quality, and I always know that I can count on them for anything. Real Gs. I sell big ticket $10k-$50k & I haven’t had any payments be rejected, and everything is always super smooth. I’ve used & worked with other processors, & a couple have offered me some good deals to work with them but honestly, for the security, quality, network, support, rates, everything, Fanbasis is hands down #1. From $1k a month to $1M a month they got you bro. They will offer tools, ideas, help, their networks, anything to see you succeed and create or continue to develop a successful business. Definitely a 5 out of 5. The customer support from Josh is just hands down the best I've ever had from a merchant. And I'm walking about 20 years plus of business experience and nothing can beat this.

After running through so many processors that hold your funds, have zero support and just want to steal or keep your reserves to earn interest, Fanbasis is a diamond in the rough. The whole process A-Z was very white glove, it’s incredibly simple to use, has API docs for automations we build on ops and took away all of the headache we normally have on processors with unprecedented cashflow constraints. So much actually practical functionality for payments and our whole experience was incredibly transparent. Great company.

I have been working with fanbasis for a few months and wish I started sooner. With other payment processors, you constantly run into problems like reserve holds, lack of customer support regarding disputes, and so much more.

I can honestly say that after processing over $30 million in credit card transactions… fanbasis is the first payment processor I have come across that gives you an unconditional relationship and does not hold your blemishes against you.

Fanbasis truly supports business owners. Merchants may have problems with payments coming into fanbasis whether that be reserves or chargebacks… The team at fanbasis is there to assist and support you through challenges instead of penalizing you for your problems and not giving much context.

If you are not currently processing with fanbasis, you need to start right now!!!! My only wish is that I started sooner.
