My fraud enquiry was promptly dealt with by Akash, who provided clarification of the situation and the assurance I was seeking that nothing was untoward. In addition Akash recommended additional measures to protect my account in future. Very satisfied with the support received.

The service has been quick and responsive and has been successful in removing these wretched mobile companies off my credit file.

You are very supportive in that you took time out to address the concerns highlighted and carried out an investigation into the matter. Your response made me feel better just knowing someone cared to take timeout to support me.

Unfortunately Experian is currently charging me for a Credit Expert service which I cannot access. I also cannot find any easy way of contacting Experian via their App or website other than writing to them at their postal address. There is no customer service number. This is very poor.
Update 28 July: And I have now received an equally poor response to the review I left on 24 July. Dear Experian, I know my account says it is free - the problem is you appear to be charging me £14.99 monthly for it. And if I could actually find the form you so helpfully mention but don’t link in your reply, I would contact you that way. Simply awful service.

A lender had reported an incorrect date. I contacted Experian, they dealt with it quickly and the lender corrected it

I've said this before, I Don't believe in Points scoring with the 3 , this happened because of the UK bailing out the freaking banks! If that hadn't happened we would Not need Unfair Credit Scoring! 🤬
