Really nice packaging but these curlers do not work like Kitsch! It's funny because their marketing really focuses on how they are better quality. They look better but don't do the job.

Customer service was nice but they don't offer refunds or to send alternative products out. An expensive mistake for me, since I tried two different sizes and neither have worked.

I’ve tried numerous heatless curlers and ended up removing them in the middle of the night after tossing and turning in pain!
I seen the hype of eternal muse online & decided to give them ago. Delivery was pretty much next day after dispatch. The postal packaging was just to die for as was the product packaging- such high quality- I knew I was going to love this product!
The customer service when I had queries regarding size was amazing and so helpful!
I now use my Heatless Curler a few times a week after wash day which has allowed me to get my blonde hair in a fantastic, healthy condition- Thanks to not needing to use heat!

I’m so so impressed with eternal muse's product. Literally a game changer! I tried another one and I couldn’t even hold it still on my head to wrap it! Finally I splurged and got the jumbo roller set and I’m SO GLAD I did! It gives me so much volume and lasts for like 2/3 days with the proper care! Xx -Cathy

10/10 i couldn’t recommend this brand enough! Being a hairdresser with over 15 years experience. Offering a blowdry membership at my salon, to keep the blowdry perfect all week i recommend the headless curlers to every single one of my clients. With wearing it myself i found how truly amazing this brand is. It really isn’t like any other headless curlers i’ve used over the years. I love this brand so much ❤️ Buy buy buy x

Unfortunately, trying countless times I got worse results than my cheap Amazon curler that they like to diss in their insta reels. The curls/waves don’t last through a gentle comb through, so after a very uncomfortable night of sleep I am rewarded with nothing as my hair just looks flat and straight, with a few random kinks here and there. Very disappointing as much more expensive than any other curlers of this type. I am convinced they pre-curl the hair in all of the promo videos and then wrap it in the curlers before filming to show the curls were achieved this way, but there’s no way. I have slightly wavy hair myself so it holds a curl pretty well in general, not with this though. Save yourself time and money and don’t buy into the hype, it’s really not worth it. Oh and if you don’t like the product, you can’t return, how medieval of them.

I have never received my product. I have paid a lot of money so the product gets sent to my country and then being requested by the company to be sent back to their warehouse. Without even returning my money back.
I never got my money back and I never got my product. All of this even without any explanation or telling me what happened.

$150 down the drain. I bought the bonnet, hair mist, comb (that’s falling apart at the handle after 2 uses) and a mini size curler. They push this product all over their social media to be ‘so comfortable to sleep in’ and ‘like sleeping on a cloud’ but it’s a total lie. Yes, the curler itself is soft, but once your hair is wrapped tightly around it, becomes hard like any other cheap curler! Side sleeper? Forget it. It’s like lying on a metal rod. The hair doesn’t stay put in the mini size curler, it unravels itself so easily unless you twist each wrapped side and tie the ends of the curler together. Try lying on your back with that! Impossible! After 5 horrible nights of sleep after testing this product, the end result is curls for one hour then they fell out. The mist did nothing! Embarrassing company, shame on you for charging that much for polyester products, they’re not even silk. The elastic in the bonnet is also so uncomfortable on your pillow. The whole thing is a gimmick.

Incredible product and customer service!

I bought my first eternal muse midi heatless curler back in January 2023 after seeing it on TikTok. Since then, I have used it most nights. I consistently get complements on my hair and I always let people know it’s eternal muse.

I recently misplaced my heatless curler and was super stuck. I decided to just use some long socks like I used to and I realised once again just how good my eternal muse curler is as my hair was so dry and frizzy compared to when I use my actual heatless curler. After only one night of reverting to socks, I ordered a new one as I can’t be without it. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and contacted customer services to ask to swap. It wasn’t a problem and I have just received my order within the 48 hours. I can’t thank you enough and absolutely love the product.

Top tip, if you like tight curls, make sure your hair is completely dry and wrap your hair round both ways, like you would with a plait.

I initially started off with the bun bons and have since got the midi styler and can honestly say it had changed the game for my hair! As someone with very untameable hair who does not enjoy doing my hair, this has changed my routine! The products are so easy to use and even if you’re a bit unsure, Eternal Muse’s Instagram has plenty of tutorials on how to use them!

I know my hair will always turn out perfect when I use any of my Eternal Muse products and my hair feels so silky and smooth when using them too! It takes less than 5 minutes to put the curler in then you have perfect curls when you wake up!

I’ve even put the curlers in at the start of the day and after a few hours the results are so good! I brought them on holiday this year and popped the curler in in the morning which kept my hair out of the way for sunbathing then when I was ready to go out at night my hair was perfect!

I’m sure my friends are sick of hearing me talk about Eternal Muse but they’re just so good I really think everyone needs a set!

Shipping is always very quick and the packaging is just stunning. The customer service girlies are also so lovely!! (I wasn’t contacting them because I had a negative experience, just to gush about how much I love the products).

Dont ever use any other brand other than eternal muse. They're the comfiest, softest and give the best results! I've been using eternal muse for 2 years. I started with the "orginial" which gave me big bouncy curls. It did take me a while to get the hang of how to wrap your hair, but it's worth persisting with!
Now I have every single curler they sell! My favourite is the "midi", it's the comfiest and gives me curly curls for two days! I find the midi to be the longest lasting as well as the "mini" because they start off as tight curls and when they drop out over time they become curly waves, it's gorgeous.
The mini is nice for the tightest curls, I brush them out a little and use leave-in hair oil/conditioner to tame any craziness!
The "jumbo" is brilliant for bouncy blow-dry waves, which for me, isn't something I use/want a lot.
I've just bought the bun bons so I'm excited to use them!
I am a side sleeper so I tend to sleep in between my pillows so I don't feel the curler. And like I said, the comfiest so far are the midi and mini. The original isn't too bad to sleep in but I definitely couldn't sleep with the jumbo in!
I get so many compliments from my hair! All heatless! People are always so shocked when I tell them all I did was sleep with a curler in.
I use the hair essence too which I find makes the curls last a little longer!
As long as you follow the tutorials, use small sections and dampen the hair then you'll have perfect curls too!

Very disappointed with the purchase. Not only it is overpriced but does not work on my hair. I have long hair and usually, I have no problems curling them; however, after trying it several times, I can say that this product does not do anything. In addition to that, it is very uncomfortable to sleep with. Do not recommend

The packaging is to die for, the products feel high quality and so soft to sleep on. They also have great client service, they answered my emails very quick.

Unboxing the package was a joy on its own, everything looks so beautiful and well thought through. You can clearly see the Eternal Muse team put in so much time and effort into their products and presentation for an amazing customer experience.

I immediately used it last night, a little worried my hopes were up too high. But let me tell you - this morning I woke up with hair that literally never looked better. It’s AMAZING and I’m never going to sleep without again! Wow!!

stunning packaging ! The quality, the art, the aesthetic is stunning!! I'm so used to everything being wrapped in plastic bags, it stands out so much that you have high quality packaging... and the products are fab! I got the curler and bonnet, curls turned out lovely :) the high quality packaging really sets the standard for the products 💕

I wish I had purchased heatless curlers a long time ago. So easy to use. I have just purchased the hair mist and bun bons. The customer service team are so helpful and gave me lots of advice on what would suit my fine hair! Thank you so much Eternal Muse, I will be back to get some more of your quality products!

Well, where do I begin with Eternal Muse's customer service? Let's just say it was nothing short of a circus act.

I’ll reply to the email where they are bullying here to hopefully save others.

I had the pleasure of waiting a whopping FIVE weeks for an order that never showed up. When I had the audacity to inquire about a refund, their customer service rep decided to play armchair psychologist and suggested I seek "professional help." Newsflash, Eternal Muse: I'm not the one who needs help; your customer service might. Last time I checked, expecting a product you purchased to arrive isn't a symptom of needing therapy.

Let's address this like adults, shall we? When a customer waits over five weeks for a shipment that never arrives and is then belittled for seeking a refund, the word "scam" seems pretty fitting.

As for refraining from shopping with Eternal Muse in the future as you demanded per email, don't worry - I wouldn't dream of subjecting myself to another round of your delightful customer service. I'll gladly take my needs elsewhere, where respect and professionalism actually exist.

To sum it up: if you enjoy being toyed with and bullied by a company that’s scamming , by all means, shop at Eternal Muse - you won’t get your items nor your money back. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear. There are plenty of other fashion haunts out there that actually appreciate their customers. 🖤

I ordered the set of 3 bun bons, the quintessence mist and the curl comb.

The first time I used the comb, the head fell off the handle - not too big of an issue as it pops back in, but not really ideal for it to be popping apart when you're using it

The bun bons are really lovely and pretty comfortable to sleep in but unfortunately, after countless attempts at using them and following tutorials etc (after watching them for months before deciding to buy them), my hair just won't curl with them or give me any sort of bounce or blowout look. As in, my hair falls completely flat within 5-10 minutes, even after sleeping in them all night and then even for some time after.

If I use the comb at all, my hair instantly goes flat and doesn't do what it does in the videos I've seen.

The quintessence mist has also been a total waste of money as it does absolutely nothing for me. I was really hoping it would help to keep the style like the videos on Instagram and TikTok suggest but that really hasn't been the case for me at all.

I'll keep trying with them in case I somehow magically find a way that works for me but I'm not holding out much hope, which is a shame as I was really hoping that these would really work for me

I'm convinced all these reviews are bought. I have tried and failed to use their heatless rollers and spray a number of times, despite following instructions to the letter it looks awful every time. I have reached out on Instagram for help and received no reply. It feels like I just wasted a lot of money on this nonsense.
