Issue after issue. We missed our ideal completion date for remortgage and broker has to put us on a product with existing provider temporarily and we've made 1 payment more than what new deal was. Issues with portal. Hardly ever got a call or alternative method of contact overly relied on their portal which sometimes we couldn't access. Issues with verifying id.

The process was completed efficiently and without fuss. Updates were made every morning by the case handler with tasks to complete and documents to read indicated. We provided the documents and Enact did all the work.

Smooth Process
You hear horror stories with Solicitors, but Enact was anything but. Had a very good experience with them, We had Anthony Bailey who would always answer, or call back as requested. Which led to a very smooth property purchase.
The portal that enact provided was excellent.
Highly recommend using with house conveyancing.

Very quick and efficient remortgage
Very quick and efficient remortgage; at first I missed a couple of items in the case tracker including an item to sign so make sure you read everything. Some of the documents that I had read still appeared in the case tracker - this could be improved so it is clearer. I was worried the process lacked the human touch but my queries had polite and clear responses and I spoke to two very pleasant staff members. All in all it was carried out extremely quickly (just over a week) and it was a painless experience overall as these things go.
