Professional Customer Service Very Responsive

I contacted Customer Service regarding the stone falling out of my ring after 3 wearings. I immediately contacted the company regarding my concern and requested a replacement. I was able to return the ring, get a store credit and I purchased additional jewelry.

I ordered a beautifully designed ring at a great price. It is gorgeous! It was sent to me very quickly. I love Effy jewelry. They have beautiful designs.

I purchased an item and did not like it upon arrival. I requested for a return/refund and instead of processing the return I was offered a discounted price to keep the item. The response of the representative was very quick to offer a discount to keep the item, but I’m still waiting for a response for a return.

This is the third starfish necklace I have purchased from EFFY. Beautiful!

Gorgeous earrings; nice size and love the princess cut; diamond clarity is A++++

When I would look online, my ring showed little diamonds in between each sapphire. When the ring arrived, there are NO diamonds on the ring. The ring.is pretty although I had to go through hell to get it. I ordered a 7, noticed the confirnation showed a 6.5. I emailed them and repeated SIze 7. What did I receive? A 6.5. I will NEVER order anything from Effy online again!!

I love my new ring. The ordering and delivery was prompt. However I’m still wait to hear about the repair of my old ring. Communication isn’t that great and for that I’m only giving 3 stars

I received my order on Friday but the email said that I would have to sign for it but it was left on my porch I didn't think that was very secure

I have 6 pieces of Effy jewelry now and I have bought half on the cruise ships and half online. I am pleased with my effy jewelry, I have one ring that has been repaired 2 times and both times it was no hassle to get the repair done. I feel some pieces of effy jewelry are a little high priced but it seems the quality is worth paying a little more on some items. I have been going to the online store recently only because on the cruise ships I feel I’m pressured into paying to high of a price where as online I can see the sales, compare prices to other brands and no one is trying to get me to buy it now before I leave the store, I can look at everything peacefully and take my time to decide. I would say the number 1 thing that draws me to EFfy is the warranty is included in the piece and I have used the warranty 2 times now with no issues.

I had some issues and they kept in contact all the while. Great customer service and so glad to speak to a "live" representative for once! Keep up the good work. And also Effy speaks for itself! Beautiful jewelry.

The backing is too loose on one of the earrings and they are unwearable due to this defect.

There are many melee diamonds in their beautiful jewelry- if one falls out- EFFY fixes it promptly. For free. I love this company. best customer service ever!

In returning an item, lots of shipment delays with FedEx, but staff at Effy were super helpful and kept me updated .

With the assistance of Brant, I purchased an absolutely beautiful ring. Brant followed up regarding the shipping of my purchase and made sure it was shipped in a timely fashion. My ring was delivered to my home today, It looks beautiful on my right ring finger.

I paid for a replacement Diamond stud, and when I received my box there was only one diamond stud in it (my original) and my replacement stud was missing.

I emailed Effy, and corresponded with two representatives
(Raphael and Stephanie), and still no resolution nor have I heard back from either of them.
