In the desperation of the Middle East crisis I was searching for an alternative flight so I can connect my other flights and don't lose lots of money on reserved and booked flights. They showed a decent option for 1k usd but at the end, after you enter your card details they tried to charge 15k instead of 1k. LOL
RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE

NEVER USE THIS SITE PLEASE. THEY ARE LITERALLY ROBBERS. THEY DISPLAY A PRICE AND THEY CHARGE YOU A DIFFERENT ONE. THERE SHOULD BE A LEGAL ENTITY FINING THESE PEOPLE BIG TIME AND SENDING THEM BANKRUPT. THEY WILL HAVE A SHORT LIFE ANYWAY.

I bought tickets to Flight Urghada-Cairo on Oct 2024. The Flight was canceled and At the AirPort there was not airline apuntar or Airlines representatives. It was an absolute fiasco that lasted more than seven hours. We had to purchase tickets to flight another airlines the next day and we had to pay for an additional hotel night. We were no assisted by anyone in Urghanda and I have spent months requesting g a refund a three plane tickets that I purchased plus insurance. I have only gotten promises.

I bought some plane tickets last Oct (ticket No 4682948386) and the flight was canceled. There was no even a counter or representatives of the airline at the airport. I have spent months requesting a refund and the only response I got was that “they were processing it”. They then said “it was approved” but I have never gotten the refund. EDestinos is the WORSE.

I found a ticket through Kayak. They transferred me to the eDestinos website. The price was ok so I entered all my details and clicked on the pay button. Immediately after proceeding with the payment, I received a transaction confirmation text from my bank. They took over 700 dollars more than I agreed to pay. No explanation or detailed item by item invoice was provided in my mailbox.

I tried to contacting an agent immediately just to get a generic we are closed message. Chatbot is also unhelpful. Be careful. They are scammers. Be prepared to pay a lot after you have paid. Terrible experience and total disappointment. If no solution is given, I will definitely be looking into my options for filing a complaint with customer protection authorities.

I found a cheap ticket through Kayak. They transferred me to the E destinos website. The price was still good. I was very happy and entered all the details. After which, I clicked on the pay button. Immediately after the payment, I received a confirmation in my mailbox. Here a surprise awaited me. They took 232 dollars more than I agreed to pay. Then I called customer service to return the difference. But they were not going to do it. I asked to cancel my ticket, since less than 15 minutes had passed since the payment. They said it was impossible. I showed all the screenshots from my phone, but the result was zero. Be careful. They are scammers. Be prepared to pay a lot after you have paid. Terrible experience and total disappointment.

I paid for the ticket and also for the luggage, including checked baggage o registered bag. At the check-in counter, they inform me that my ticket does not include checked baggage and that I have to pay. eDestinos did not report it, although it was paid at the same time of the ticket. Not only that, I had to go to an office in other section of the airport.

We bought a ticket, with insurance and more adds. We received an email with reserve number with this company, and they provide with a reserve number with the airline. The reserve number related with the airline company is a complete lie, we entered the reserve number in the airline website and it doesnot work, we called the airline directly (international call) and the customer service tell us that number can not existe due the configuration of the number.

Edestino only offers customer service monday to friday, but for taking your money 24/7. Buy by own risk.

Do you have a phonenummer. Because I don see any email on your website. The "formulario de contacto" dossent work.

They will steal you, be carefull. They have totally different term and conditions not providing you with the refund the law demands, they will try by any chance to "invent" any change to not giving you the money back, for example in my case they told me that I needed to ask during just one hour for a refund and the international law gives 24 hours.

SCAM. THEY OVERCHARGE YOUR CARD AFTER YOU CLICK PAY.

The worst airline, I was missing a document and Emigration assured me that they should open the ticket for me since I did not board the plane and I would get the document at once. When I asked to open the ticket they told me that they do not have that service and that they were going to reimburse me since I did not board the plane. Of the 28 thousand pesos I paid, they refunded me 7 thousand pesos. They are scammers. I traveled with my 2 children and waiting for that refund to travel again I got that surprise. I want my refund or they will receive a lawsuit. They can't be such thieves.

La peor aerolinea, me falto un papel y Emigración me aseguro que devian abrirme el ticket ya que no aborde el avion y el papel lo obtendria de una ves. Cuando solicite abrir el ticket me dijieron que no tienen ese servicio que me ivan a remborsar ya que no aborde el avion. De 28mil pesos que pague me remborsaron 7mil pesos. Son unos estafadores viajo con mis 2 hijos y esperando ese remborso para volver a viajar me yevo esa sorpresa. Kiero mi remborso o van a recivir una demanda no pueden ser tan ladrones..

Bought a CDMX-London ticket with Aeromexico. The airline oversold seats and did not let me board the plane. Aeromexico has provided written instructions for eDestinos to provide a reimbursement but they (after a month) still refuse to do so.

Worst place to buy your fly ticket please run away from this crooks they will over charge your card, they will show you an estimate and once you paid they will charge you more once the payment its processed , its like some scammer type of thing,

The company does not disclose that they have a 25% surcharge for using American Express and they do not permit customers to change the payment method, even 5 minites after a purchase is made.

Unreliable, scammers, they charged me 16 dollars commision that was nit written in the price when i pressed pay. My flight got cancelled and it is impossible to go through customer service

I can’t really rate this yet as my problem is I’m trying to book and got all the way through paying and the red circle is going round and around once I clicked on reserve. I did a change and as it’s all in Spanish and yes I clicked on English but it didn’t go to English I’m afraid I clicked on the wrong thing. I don’t want to go out of the page for fear I will lose everything. I need a telephone number to call and try to correct this. Help edestinos.

Big sadness and disappointment from what happened to me when buying this ticket with Iberia through eDestinos. I bought this for a friend to help him as he has not debit or credit card to be able to buy and this was his first time visiting his family in Colombia after years.
The price of the ticket eDestinos always showed in their site was €981 and when I paid, they, without notice, charged me €1.334 instead (they say it was a promo price using a payment method, a promo that was never communicated in the process)! Only 10 min later, I asked them to cancel the purchase and refund me due to fraud and misleading communication.
They said they would not return €250 because that's their admin costs... that is how I understood how their fraud works.

Now, they not only want to keep my €250, but they also said they need to wait up to 180 days for Iberia to refund them and then they'll refund me

eDestinos are not a reliable agency. Booking allegedly lost and customer service hopeless. Accounting department just as bad if not dishonest.
