I have an issue with my batteries contacted the customer service phone number they said send email. When trying to send email comes back no such address 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Delayed response on emails, some were never responded too. People on the phone were not very helpful. Seems like a very disorganized company.

Fast customer service, excellent products.

Arrived promptly. Was as described, hooked up easily and functions great. Very excited about so much more storage than my AGMs and much lighter.

Product is great, but the shipment was 3 weeks late. They didnt reach out, I had to call and email multiple times. I go one response saying it would ship on the 4th, they missed that date and I had to call and email again multiple times. They never answered, just decided one day to ship.

I initially contacted support and spoke with the only customer service representative (this person is the only reason I am returning the products) regarding my purchase. After explaining my situation, I was informed that no accommodations could be made beforehand and they would be happy to help with anything later. Based on that information, I proceeded with the purchase and later contacted support again to provide proof of purchase and request additional assistance.
Unfortunately, the tone and professionalism of the interaction changed significantly during the follow-up correspondence. What began as a courteous and professional exchange became dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns as a paying customer, I felt I was met with an inappropriate attitude that fell well below the level of customer service I expected.
Customer service is often the deciding factor in whether a customer continues doing business with a company. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable maintaining a business relationship with your company. As a result, I intend to return all purchased items and seek a refund in accordance with your return policy. I will be purchasing from another supplier going forward.
I would appreciate instructions on how to complete the return process.

The products are great and shipping time is good.

I never seen a company like eco whorthy before,great after sales services great people good communication fast reply.look i even got an issue with something i won on a giveaway from them sadly for the first time i get something that had an issue . i alrdy bough few thing from them and everything still working great but the thing i won on the giveaway had a fail and i contacted them showed proof of the issue and 2 day after they where shipping a replacement and it was not a cheap part to be honest i seen other company trying hard to avoid replacing lot lower price stuff,to be honest i was realy surprise by their after sales services really appreciated.for sure i ll continue to buy everything about green energy from them.

I rarely leave reviews, but Eco-Worthy have genuinely impressed me. The quality of the products for the price is excellent and they offer fantastic value compared to many alternatives on the market.

What stood out most to me was the customer service. I unfortunately received a faulty battery, but the way Eco-Worthy handled the issue was outstanding. The support team responded quickly, were professional throughout, and arranged a replacement promptly with no hassle or unnecessary delays.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and looks after its customers when something goes wrong.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the products and the service I’ve received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eco-Worthy to anyone looking for solar, battery, or off-grid power solutions, and I’ll certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.

Terrible warranty support. the case had cracked all around both post terminal connections. Notified them and expressed the battery was still in the warranty timeline. They said, will ship replacement battery. Then they came back with (we cannot ship to your location) I bought the original battery from them direct and they shipped it with no issues. So I asked for refund, and they said sure, but still no refund or replacement battery. In the meantime I ordered a Litime battery and was shipped to same address in 4 days with better warranty. Buyer beware!!

Ordered a bundle product. Recieve the panels and its equipment. Ordered battery and cables spare. Cables sledding and arrived same day the panels arrived.

The battery is still preparing to ship the last i checked. That was s week ago. I have everything installed and can't is it as the key component had not arrived.

Sent a request for information and have not heard anything back.

I cannot praise this company enough, very pleased with the product and service they provided. Highly recommended and will definately be purchasing from them again in the future. They're outstanding 👏

I purchased two leisure Life Po 12 v 100 ah batteries two years ago along with charging smart system Order Number 17098 Mr Copland, £494.97
Since using the batteries for my electric outboard motor for the inflatable boat I was happy with the quality , however one of batteries has developed a problem and shorts out when under power this has happened several times. Leaving me stranded in the middle of a 247 acre loch in scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 during weather conditions. Luckily I had a spare and oars if needed. I contacted eco worthy uk and .com through the contact us facility on website , no reply What so ever. Two emails sent to service department , I then further telephoned and had a return call , from Manchester eco worthy and I was informed that this matter would be looked into a could expect customers services to contact me , nothing since then , it has now been ten days and I have contacted them again with no reply . Please eco worthy contact me on my order details provided by telephone call 07340542718 or my email address as per order details provided.
I need this issue repaired resolved or replaced , this battery is essential for my current work and sports . Very unhappy customer at present seeking your customer service and support .

After writing this review I have been contacted by Eco worthy within hours , which has started a process toward a replacement battery being sent out to my address , which has displayed that customer service is positive , I shall continue to amend or remove this review as necessary , the company has now contacted me again and informed me that they will be replacing the battery , which is excellent customer service

Delivery was quick. All items included. Have not yet connected the inverter to test it.

Fast delivery and excellent packaging very prompt service

The system was easy to order and was delivered fast. They did not initially deliver 1 box (2 solar panels), but working with customer service (Cathy) quickly and easily resolved this issue and the missing box arrived about one week later. We have not installed this system yet, but we have an older one from Eco-Worthy at another cabin in Southern Illinois and it works great (so this one should too). The only critique I would have is that the cardboard boxes they ship the system in are very flimsy and dent/rip easily...the boxes were in pretty bad shape when they arrived and had to be retaped before we moved them, but hopefully all of the contents are still ok. For that reason I would definitely take out the "shipping insurance" as it was cheap (under $100) when compared to the cost of our system (over $4,000). Otherwise, all was very good!

Ecoworthy came thru quickly and without hassle on battery replacement. I have had three 280ah batteries for 2 years now and one died. They simply sent instructions on how to possibly reset the BMS when that didn’t work they immediately sent a replacement. Great to have a company back their product so well!
