I had an issue with my Eco-Worthy 280ah battery draining down and could not charge it . They contacted me right away and worked with me to resolve the issue. I’m the end they sent me a new charger that charged the battery . Overall experience was as good as I could have hoped for . RJ

Great customer service and quick warranty replacement

I had an issue with my battery within the warranty period, but the company handled everything very professionally. The communication was friendly, helpful and quick, and after checking the problem they arranged a free replacement without unnecessary hassle. Of course, having a defect was frustrating at first, but the way they dealt with the warranty case was excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

I ordered a server rack battery and 5k inverter combo and the inverter showed up with a fault 21. Even though they continue to mail bomb me with more sales emails when you call for support they have no idea who you are.
UPDATE- It took a couple weeks but they finally fully refunded me for the inverter. The battery has worked flawlessly out of the box and I am very satisfied with it.

Fast shipping, a great products. Just as described

Unable to get a reply to my technical or warranty requests on AIO inverter. Tried TX phone,MO phone, email, and “VIP” support in the eco-worthy app - no reply. Very frustrating; unable to finish project. Order#s 48735, 48153, 47950, & 47599

My only complaint is that packages don’t have individual tracking numbers and your order number will say delivered even though there are still other items on the way.

I think the product quality is great but as usual customer support and troubleshooting customer services have not been accessible and called for a week straight with now answers.

Quick delivery - was surprised to find the battery was at a SOC of 29% when received. They contacted me and said they ship batteries at 30% SOC for safety reasons. Would have been nice to see that in the documentation. I noticed that you can't turn off the battery (as other brands) for shipping or transit.
So I fully charged the battery. One of the 4 cells is slightly lower in voltage.

Solved my issue! Bad Sunlight sensor was causing one of my trackers to miss behave.

Shipping was reasonably fast and the charger seems to work with the battery I bought from them, which of course it should. I appreciate the simplicity and the versatility of being able to charge different batteries without complicated menus. It may not be cheap, but I like the peace of mind that a safe smart charger brings. Oh yeah- and they sure do send a lot of emails!

After emailing with a problem with a recent purchase, a replacement item arrived within two days. Fast response to emails, and no hassle. Now looking forward to setting up two solar panels which are on the way. Will be using them again for more solar items.

I got a bad inverter that wouldn't charge off solar panels. Working with support, we eventually got to them shipping me a replacement which fixed the issue. The reason the review isn't 5 star of because it took almost two weeks to get to that point and I had to cite the manual with with screenshots with the rep I worked with to combat misinformation I was receiving. It worked out in the end, but it was a difficult journey.

The batteries came in a separate delivery fine the solar panels however we’re delivered by the Postal Service out here where I am at the Postal Service is lazy and they did not deliver them to us. We had to drive 25 miles into the post office and back to our property I was not happy about the shipping arrangement. Therefore I probably won’t do any future business with you. We have a homestead and we try out a lot of products, but we’re not gonna do the United States Postal Service out here they’re no good.

Quick process to the door. Very pleased with my choice in these panels. Super sturdy and well built. According to my MTTP they're producing what I purchased. Thank you.

FRAUD! As simple as that.

I ordered a twin battery pack from this company on Ebay at a cost of £3,000.

They sent out a £5 USB cable in order to have Ebay believe that the order was delivered. This is questionable at best and totally crooked at worst.

When I repeatedly contacted them, they fobbed me off, stating that the courier would be in contact to arrange delivery - patently nonsense. I heard nothing and Eco-worthy-UK just kept fobbing me off by email. In fact they continue to do so.

I consider this a misuse of the Ebay system and have reported them to the Police. If you value your hard-earned cash, DO NOT BY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

UPDATE: as at 6/5/26 these scammers still refuse to refund the three thousand pounds I have paid to them. They are fully aware of this matter, so do not need an order number published for the world to see. Ebay are investigating them and, with my help, we hope to remove them not only from the Ebay platform but also from the UK as a whole. You can see that they have simply copied and pasted their standard response to reviews, complete with the same spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.

Their (typical) short and sweet positive reviews are highly questionable!

This might be a great system until you need need support. I had some per-purchase questions and nobody was able to answer them. I would not recommend this system.

I had the following questions and never received a reply.
1. What's the difference between the N-Type and the Bifacial solar panels?
2. Do I have the option to add another power source in case there isn't much sun? Like a gas generator or a windmill driving a generator.

I have been purchasing Eco-worthy products for 4 years now. I recently had 12v batteries that would not wake up from the sleep mode. They are standing behind their product and replacing them. I have already purchased more products and will continue to do so to complete more Golf cart and electric pontoon conversions. Thank you Eco-worthy.
