Product was as advertised and so far, so good!

I was looking forward to updating my 10 year old lead acid batteries, that were getting pretty weak, in my travel trailer with something with more capacity. I ordered the battery direct from Eco-Worthy instead of Amazon, mainly because the promised delivery date was a few days before leaving on a trip with the camper.
The promised delivery date for the battery was not accurate. The item showed up several days late, after I had already left home with my RV, that still needed a new battery. It was a bit of a hassle.

Now that I am back from that trip, the battery will get installed in the next few days. It seems to be good quality.

When I was purchasing online, there was a discount offered, but when I went to use it, it would not let me. There was a sale going on so I didn’t have time to contact customer support.

Received in great shape. Was very well packaged. Will review more later as I just received the batteries and haven't had time to use them. Would buy from again so far.

Very fast delivery with updates along the way. Appears to be a quality products and so far so good with everything

Our 100-watt 18V solar panels work fantastically on our off-grid system. We purchased 800 watts worth of the bifacial solar panels. They are currently sitting at 8,000 ft, and we are getting roughly 800+. So, we are getting more than our money's worth. Keep up the good work, Eco-Worthy!

All was good until the sun sensor filled with water then rusted and no longer effectively tracks the sun with my tracking system. I submitted pictures but nothing but crickets. Its been in use less than 6 months but parts are already failing.

My items are not delivered on-time as promised. If an item is out of stock why not stated in your website before I buy it. This is very unprofessional when your website states items are available when that’s not true.
On top of that, there is no one to talk to. Every time I call it goes into voicemail. I wonder what are you hiding.

They stand behind their stuff. Had a 48v battery die suddenly. There was no hassle, few emails back and forth and they sent me a new battery free of charge. Will buy from them again.

A completely useless warranty!!

Bought a 280AH battery from ebay with a supposed 3 year warranty.

The "catch" is that it's not a 3 year warranty; it's only a 1 year warranty!!

After that it's just "assistance" by email. They make you jump through a whole bunch of hoops to get any kind of help out of them.

They're asking me to run a whole bunch of tests on the battery that I'm unable to run, and are refusing to take the battery back.

I've explained to them numerous times that I do not want a refund... I just want them to take the faulty battery back and either repair it / fix it and send it back, or replace it with a reconditioned one.

As is always typical, the battery stopped working correctly after 1 year and 1 month so after the 1 year period where their warranty actually means something.

So, if you're going to dump close to £500 on a battery thinking it has a 3 year warranty, then think again! Their warranties aren't worth anything!

Very impressed with this company-I bought a battery from them which was very low on charge, so low in fact, that I couldn't connect to the app. I was away from my boat where I'd left my own charger so they very graciously sent me a new charger free of cost which arrived within three days.

I connected the system and tried to charge the battery to100% and nothing happened.

Open communication
Told them there was an issue with the product, and they were 100% willing to stand behind their warranty

I bought a few rack mount batteries from this company directly off their website. They were a great value for the money. Fast forward 2 years, and one of the 4 seems to have unexpectedly failed. I looked up the warrantee terms for the battery and to my surprise, they had a 10 year warrantee. I messaged support expecting to be blamed somehow for it's failure, and they actually just sent me a brand new one! I will definitely be doing business with Ecoworthy again!

There was a price discrepancy on a recent purchase. Customer Service responded quickly to my complaint, acknowledged the problem and fully resolved the issue by issuing a credit for the difference.

I bought a solar tracker and after the delivery i notised a defect in the tracker-controller.
So i called the service helpdesk and answered some questions refurring the operating of the device.
the sericedesk operator told me that obviously there was a elctronic failiure in the controler, and he would send me a new one.
within a few days the postman brought me my new controler and after mounting it on the solar tracker and testing the new controller, all functions worked splendedly.
i have to thank the complete service team for the quick and professional after sales. and i always will tell other people about.
if i would need some other devises i would alway call eco-worthy.

Bought the entire off grid Kit in 2022 £1650
Support good at 1st replaced Controller and one battery
2 years ago the 2nd battery went down (bulgy and fat)
Didn't contact them until this week as I gave up with the system! Never worked right kept Switching off with low battery warning!
Of Course both batteries were faulty!
Asked them if they could guarantee their new batteries were better as I was seeking a replacement!
No reply, so i take that as they couldn't have improved.
Just bought some batteries from elsewhere! The system works very well now!
The electronics seem good! However the Batteries they supply really are Rubbish! Had problems from day one, only with the batteries! Should have changed them long ago!
Sent email to your support address twice didn't bother to reply to me!

The cable from the panel to battery is 5 feet to short, i want to buy an extension but not sure which one to buy. Nobody answers the phone or its always busy,I've sent 4 emails with to2 reply which have nothing to do with my question, supplied them with an order number, twice, very frustrated, my first hand experience is not good, i will shop else where for my off grid camp.

Customer service has been great. Haven't needed but twice and everything went perfectly. The 48 v server rack batteries have worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend them. A expensive purchase, but I am so pleased with them. Delivery was quick each time I ordered the batteries. Within a week typically.
