You don't know what you buy as the product (Classic Single Pocket Door System) does not match the description: Online, the jamb kit is described as being "made with a beechwood veneer* that is unfinished and paint/stain ready.", where the star refers to an annotation "We reserve the right to supply jambs with alternative wood/finish"...

Guess what: there is no beechwood to be seen, and the quality of jamb kit is a disappointing pine veneer mounted on an MDF core. Really???

Given that pine is much softer, this clearly is a much inferior quality product than promised. If this is what they deliver, then they should tell their customers in advance. They do not... Just something to be aware of before considering to buy from them.

Really good company to deal with, experience made all the more pleasant talking to Customer Service Advisor Carole Mattless. Extremely knowledgeable on product detail, made whole process very easy indeed, so a big thank you to Carole, well done. Look forward to receiving Pocket Door Kit, next day delivery a bonus too.

The speed and clear instructions really made this pocket door kit excel above the rest , with the built in brushes it added a smooth and quiet action on the door movement!

We lost a part which was holding up the job and and Zoe and Carole sorted this immediately with a replacement. Great customer service!

We were recommended this product by our builder based on his experience of using them with other renovation projects. We’ve never had pocket doors before, just internal French doors but wanted to go for something that was room efficient and more slick. Glad we went with this option and Eclisse - the installation was straight forward and quick and the end product looks great and really smooth and sleek to use. We’ve had many compliments about them - would definitely recommend Eclisse to others!

Experience today with eclisse was amazing. We needed clarification over an issue that was holding our project up concerning fire safety regs. Diana the customer service manager not only gave us all the information clearly and as fully as possible but followed up with an email we needed as proof to building control within minutes.

This is without adding the pocket door sets and doors we ordered from there came next day early morning and with minimal fuss and quality is great on all products we've seen.

Eclisse pocket doors are clearly manufactured to high standards and we have used them many times for that reason. The key factor for me though, on why we always stick with this product, is the top quality Technical Support team who are superb. All queries were dealt with promptly resulting in a great installation despite us failing to read the instructions sufficiently carefully.

We were very pleased to have been able to specify the Eclisse Hoist pocket door system on a large residential refurbishment project which allowed us to incorporate ceiling hoists running from one room to another with discretion and high aesthetic standards helping to maintain the warmth and style of a very special family home.

I always use eclisse for pocket door systems. This will be the 8th kit I have installed. You get everything required for installation plus the instructions are easy to follow (for a change!). I won’t use any other kit as it’s simply the only way to go!

We use these doors for our accessible changing rooms in our adaptive surf centre. They're brilliant as they don't take up any space in the rooms, leaving plenty of space for manoeuvring wheelchairs inside the room even when the door is open. They are also extremely easy to use for wheelchair users as there's no pushing/pulling, or having to navigate around a door.
We've actually had these doors installed for a couple of years now, and they've lasted extremely well. They get a lot of use, but we've had no issues with them.

We purchased a pocket door 4 years ago and have had a recent issue with the door. I was struggling as the builders never left the instruction manual. I contacted Eclisse direct and was helped by John the Technical Manager. Fantastic service, the very same day he sent me a set of instructions. These were very clear and concise and I managed to to fix the issue. This is superb after sales service and John went above and beyond in his support

We purchased four pocket doors as the brand was recommended by builder friends. I had to contact Eclisse for support re installation, and John was very kind and helpful, going out of his way to help. The service was so good I was a bit surprised. Felt like a company that understands customers are for life if you treat them right. This is a 5* Review (my reason for writing that is, Trustpilot have in the past only shown 3* for a first time 5* review, stating, 'that's how the algorithm works', well, this is a 5* review, this one proves that, one 5* review, and they get 3.7*, someone seeing that may not use them, that needs to stop)

I purchased a double Pocket Door Installation System made by Eclisse, it was a breeze to put up, but I really struggled with the last pieces, the door jambs, the instructions made no sense to me. Eclisse have a load of good installation videos, but not for double door jambs.

Enter John Neale, he's my Gold Star of the Month, and a wage rise is necessary.

He directed me on not only how to fit the Oak jambs but also other issue. Always courteous.
