Paid £10 delivery for next day delivery for a birthday gift; arrived while out at work but no options for delivery to a safe place or to get in touch to rearrange. I did try and speak to ebuyer helpline but it just took to a financial ombudsman. If the same thing happens tomorrow I will be at work with no options for delivery and it will be too late for the gift with the delivery charge wasted

Used Ebuyer for a long time until they deleted my account, without approval. Faulty deco units tried to return only to be battling with customer services. Cannot handle customers with mental health crisis and treated like a criminal, so called supervisor needs to get of her high horse, don't know how it even got that job in the first place, no empathy. After all them years of being a customer but then to end up like this. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I really hope you Ebuyer goes out of business. Nasty horrible company.

Used over the years, I can't say I have ever had an issue. What you see, is what you get.

I bought a £200 asus motherboard which was faulty on arrival.I tried to return the item but Ebuyer refuses to take it back. So now i have to chase it up with the manufacturer. Scam artists, that wont honour any guarantee. Will not be buying from these clowns again.

Ordered 17.00hrs Monday arrived 14.30 Tuesday.

Defective peoduce. 30 days later i am waiting for a reply to fix the defective laptop they sold me. The worst custimer service designed specifically so its as hard as poss to get in touch unless its email and then they ignore you

I have not used Ebay much, maybe 2 think this is my 3rd or 4th time the issue i have is that I ordered a Bluetooth speaker for my son ,however it was wrong one i realised this after about 2 hours after order , trying to cancel order without an account and being a guest is a bloody nightmare, after half hour on phone to customer service, still no further forward because they can't cancel because, yes you guessed it because I'm a guest, then I was told
"it's OK your fully covered, just take delivery of item then send back ,
THE WHOLE POINT OF PHONE CALLS WAS TO GET ITEM CANCELLED BEFORE DISPATCH
then I tried to contact seller direct
Yep same again can't contact without an account
IF THIS IS THE CASE MAYBE EBAY SHOULD STOP LETTING PEOPLE BUY AS GUEST IF SO HARD TO CANCEL
as a guest it's virtually impossible to cancel
moral don't order from Ebay if you don't want or need an account
all in all a really bad experience.

so what's the point of customer service?

First of all the order went smoothly. Ebuyer informed me the goods should arrive in just over a week and furthermore they would let me know when shipment took place. The goods arrived yesterday; the shipment notice hit my inbox this morning. The problem here is Ebuyer use Evri as a courier. Three large boxes containing desktop computers (expensive), were just dumped, for all to see, on my doorstep, with no ringing of the doorbell. My partner could have answered the door. I was out and returned home in a state of shock to find them.

Ordered stuff, and it arrived as described and on time

Having dealt with Ebuyer for many years, I have to say their customer support has taken a massive dive. I've had a failed delivery. I have sent multiple emails to support, as I cannot speak with anyone on the phone. It's been 2 weeks, and they won't respond. Dire service. Fallen from a high pedestal.

We are 3 months in, and Ebuyer is still unable to resolve the issue and is failing to refund our business.

You bloody fraudsters, I have been trying to reach out to you to cancel my order you didn’t deliver it yet, it’s been more than 3 weeks now. Still not a single communication from your end. I hope you all rot in hell, you fraudsters.

Paid for next day delivery of a mini pc, arrived and didn’t even work? Wouldn’t turn on at all and then had to pay £5 to return a completely unusable item! Delivered today and returned today immediately so I will let you know back here if I get my refund due easily enough!

I ordered something 2 months ago and all I see is ready to ship. I have been told nothing else.

Bought 3 monitors from them just before they went into administration. One went wrong within a year. Despite a 3 year manufacturers warranty, unlike any professional online platform ebuyer never provided an electronic invoice, so I can't prove purchase to the manufacturer. Presumably I once had a paper invoice but I did not expect to need it.

I bought an Apple Watch from Ebuyer on the 02/01/2026 said it should’ve delivered on the 08/01/2026.
I asked for an update as I haven’t had any confirmation of delivery.
It’s been radio silence. Have emailed multiple times, raised tickets and not a word.
Advised them I need it this weekend of a birthday gift and still radio silence. Website won’t let you cancel, no contact number to call. Very quick to take your money then that’s it.

Item ordered Friday evening. Delivered mid day Monday.
I have bought various computer related items over a period of 12 years. All have been top quality.
