Price was good (refurb laptop), delivery exceeded claims (3-7 days) arrived next day dpd

I paid extra for delivery the next day and it was not realized that evri claims they have it on depo but did not deliver the demand for a refund for delivery

I've just received my Radar Detectors from Ebuyer and I'm very unhappy with the quality, nothing like what's advertised on their website, in fact, total rubbish.
I've been trying to return my purchases all day, using their return service without any luck; it doesn't work. In fact, I've had many people try for me all day without any luck following their instructions.
I'm beginning to believe their return service is set up unfairly, so I'll never receive a refund.
Maybe I'm wrong?

Item was marked as delivered but never arrived. The proof of delivery provided was a blurred/invalid image and did not show any clear delivery evidence.
I contacted Ebuyer via their online support (no phone support available), and was told to wait up to 30 days for a courier investigation before any refund would be considered.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for goods until they are in the customer’s possession. Despite this, they refused to resolve the issue promptly.
I was only able to recover my money by raising a chargeback through my bank.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering

very bad, cant even track my order saying the tracking number invalid. In orders on site still dont updated its ship right now its still ready to ship, i will recieved the product but site holy shit

I didn't realise buyer was part of the Fraser group. I know that they are not good employers and I don't want to reward bad employers.

Nevertheless this doesn't mean the workers and employees don't do their best. The purchasing process was very smooth and efficient.

Purchased a Gaming PC using TopCashBack to get a £6.72 discount on the almost £1000 order. Ebuyer took the order but refused the cashback. It seems stupid to offer a tiny percentage in cashback for a sale then refuse to pay up. All it has done taught me that Ebuyer can not be trusted and lost me as a customer for life, and they gained this negative review and my recommendation to friends and family to not use them all over just £6.72.

I always come back to EBuyer as their service is second to none and their prices are very competitive. I ordered my new laptop on 10 March and expected it on 16 March. However, it was an unexpected surprise when it arrived on 14 March.

Excellent service kept informed all the way and received item as stated. Perfect

Since it had problems it has created problems for me. All my details and past purchases over the years cannot be found. So my gurantee's that are still active are useless.

Ebuyers uk is not a uk company although they claim there are ( Hong Kong )
The products are cheaply made Chinese standards
When the product finally arrives and is not fit for use the returns must go to Hong Kong at customers expense both ways after 35 days you may get a refund less 15% if it doesn’t get lost in the post or you can keep product

I have to honestly say the customer service was helpful and explained everything correctly.they helped me in getting my order sorted after the first delivery was lost.

I have used ebuyer on numerous occasions and not had a problem. This time I ordered a 15" laptop and had a 13" delivered, despite the website stating it was 15". This was returned after paying the postage and is currently in transit. I reordered a 15" replacement, and had a 13" delivered again!! Once again, postage has been paid and will be returned today. Not happy and will try elsewhere.
