They use Evri to deliver your really expensive PC, which they failed to deliver. After initial communication, I asked for an update a day later, they have ignored this. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't bother.
Update:
Evri damaged the package before it arrived, they have now sent it back to the Ebuyer warehouse. Waiting on a response from Ebuyer.
Update #2:
Ebuyer issued a refund on the 12th of January, saying it will be 3-5 business days until I receive it. As of today the 23rd I have still not received it and I have been left in the dark for 3 days with their customer service.

Poor experience
Had to RMA some faulty ram back to manufacturer and rather than be without my system i looked up DDR5 8gb desktop ram and found a stick on Ebuyer. Paid £12 for next day delivery. Turned up and it was laptop ram. Checked listing and no mention of it being for laptop. Have to now pay £5 to return it. Out of pocket and have no ram. A bad experience with Ebuyer and couldn't even call them as their phones are down. Poor.

Ordered an IPad on the 17th December…
Ordered an IPad on the 17th December £100 more expensive than elsewhere however because the guaranteed delivery date was 23rd at the latest I decided to order so I could guarantee the item before Christmas.. item didn’t arrive by the 23rd as promised instead it’s still “in process” upon contact eBuyer they advised the item is shipping by a third party do basically they’re just drop-shippers.. my 5yo child who was promised an iPad for Christmas is going to be delighted he doesn’t actually have one and we can only exactly go out and get another considering they have the £900.. don’t sell an item you don’t have it’s illegal.. trading standards will be informed.

No Longer Supply Needed Computer Components
Sadly EBuyer no longer supply the computer components that I used to buy in order to supply my customers with custom built computer systems. I have had to diversify to alternative suppliers who often use unreliable couriers like EVRi who have lost two of my orders, resulting in a long wait for refunds.

Never Delivered
Good website and fair pricing BUT they haven't delivered the items and I've had a delivery confirmation email. Due on 2nd Dec and despite raising a claim on 4th Dec they still haven't resolved this loss by 15th.

The case still has not been delivered as promised
The low rating is not for you but because you used DPD for delivery. I was in all day and they did not leave the parcel or give me chance to get to the door. I had a message that they will deliver today so again I have been in all day for the delivery and now I get a message saying they have changed the delivery date at my request which I never did! Now they say will be delivering tomorrow when I will be out! So very annoying. Change your delivery company!
