There are many good experiences because I shop there regularly but one sticks out to me. The seller didn't ship my item and at that point I wasn't sure what would happen. I contacted ebey and told them what had happened. Within 24 hours my refund was on the way. They take good care of their customers and to me that's a plus.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with eBay. After purchasing a book, my account was suddenly and unfairly suspended without any explanation. They claimed my account was "putting the community at risk" but refused to provide any details or evidence. I’ve tried to contact their support, but they’ve been unhelpful and unwilling to explain what happened.

To make matters worse, I’ve received no refund for the book I bought, even though my account was locked. This entire situation has been beyond frustrating, and I feel completely unsupported. I will NEVER use eBay again after this. If you're considering buying or selling on eBay, think twice—this has been a completely negative and stressful experience.

Contact your attorney generals office and FTC for ebay issues if you want them resolved. Ebay are fraudsters guilty of bait and switch. Not sellers but corporate. I purchased 150 gift card to find out i cant even use them because ebay decides what you are allowed to use with their gift cards. I tried contacting for fraud and found out i have to wait. So if you credit information is ever compromised through ebay, know the thieves will have hours before ebay will even start any process. I will contact ebay and then likely the FTC and my states attorney generals office

This company is a FAKE.
I have tried to withdraw some of my money and they always denied it with several different reasons. Always if I tried that, they say I have to pay tax. But they never sent before any tax information not a taxbill.
They even sentoney from my account to another wallet without asking not informing me.
The 1st adress is no more valid, so they started a 2nd adress what is no more valid too.
Now the 3rd adress was working only 4 weeks and now I cannot reach my account anymore.

Please do not send your money there, also do not pay any so called taxbills.
U better throw your money in a river.

When a buyer opens a case, only Ebay should be able to close it. A seller lied and said that a refund could only be issued if buyer closed case. A foolish buyer, Me, believed seller and lost my money, because on closing case I'm unable to obtain refund. Beware when a seller doesn't answer messages. It's a way of wasting time, so you find that the time to resolve the complaint, has run out. Ebay should be more professional. I've been a member since 2010 and the standards have deteriorated, in the past it was enjoyable and I made many friends. Now I'll have to move on and buy elsewhere!

Yet again one of ours has been ripped off on Ebay and Ebay will do nothing, all a bunch of greedy scammers who prey on those looking for a bargain.

All ebay scamming, can’t contact them for refund

I have made 4 purchases on eBay.it and all except 1, I've had to get eBay involved to sort out the issue I have had with the seller.
The problem isn't eBay it's the Italian sellers in my experience. They don't seem to know their responsibilities as sellers.
I won't be using eBay.it ever again as it is a completely different experience to ebay.co.uk regarding the quality of the sellers. Someone who wanted to use a slang term might say "a bunch of cowboys".

I'm a seller and this ebay are thieves in terms of fees.

As someone who works in banking, Ebay and Paypal are the most hated companies you could think of. They consistently clog customer support and fraud departments. Tradfi and fintech need to come together and refuse to do business with these companies. It would save time, money and long hours with customers reporting fraudulent activity. Please stop using Ebay and Paypal!

I wrote negative feedbacks like: "On 31 March 2024 I bought and paid for this item, it has not arrived until today 27 May" that is true and verifiable in the eBay records but this feedback was removed ! I managed to talk on the phone to an Ebay assistant and is not easy and all I could be told is that my removed feedbacks were not compliant with eBay policies. When asked what policies I was told to look for them myself !

Besides the fees being a little high u can’t beat how many people your listing reaches

Terrible service sold an item they took £477 in charges and now have restricted my account despite the buyer giving me positive feedback and the item being delivered as proven by the tracking provided been told I won’t get my funds for 170 days! Incase of charge back I don’t see why I should take the hit on this while they have almost £500 in commission from the sale plus any interest over £3000 of my money sitting in there bank will generate! Spoke to about 20 different people at eBay all give you different answers and there attitude is shocking!
