I bought trainers from brandstown24. Still waiting to be delivered to my adress. Rude customer service when I questioned the delivery arrangements. My feedback on eBay was not published. eBay protecting the seller although there is a clear policy to comply with. If I would want a pick up delivery service I would not buy this item as it doesn't suit me. Looks like brandstown24 or eBay doesn't understand that customer should be informed about this in advance I have reasons why my parcel mustbe delivered to my house!!!!

As an Italian eBay customer buying from UK I am now aware that the eBay IOSS system is broken. The purpose of this system was to make it easier for customers to pay IVA, as eBay collects it at the time of purchase. We the recipients are not supposed to have to do anything to clear customs, or to pay any 2nd surprise lVA charges and Customs service charges on delivery; the package should be simply delivered to us as if the item were shipped from EU.

This has failed on several of my eBay purchases recently.
On a recent order I paid 17.61 € IVA at sale & 22.14 € IVA a SECOND TIME (double IVA) on delivery, for a total IVA payment of 39.75€ on an order costing 61€.
The Italian Post Office will not issue a receipt for this 2nd payment saying the amount handwritten on the package is sufficient documentaion of the 2nd payment. Ebay says no it isn't offical documentation. Ebay with broken IOSS system will not refund either of these IVA payments without a postal receipt. The double payment of IVA is the result of the IOSS system which is not working. It is Ebay fault that I had to pay IVA twice.
From this point on I will refrain from purchasing anything on Ebay outside of the EU until Ebay FIXES THE BROKEN IOSS SYSTEM.

I recently bought an object, I payed and received order confirm by ebay. After, the seller cancelled my order. Ebay procedure not permit to leave a feedback to cancelled orders (button disappear). Just loosing so much time and claiming by chat I could left a feedback. In this way ebay protect not serious customers, not respect his intention to have a trust feedback system and cheat buyers!

Ebay suggested me to open a private account to keep selling on this platform.
After that they blocked both accounts and forbid me to sell as I’m considered “untrusted person” despite 20 years on eBay and 600 positive feedback!!!

I have this account since 10 years! I buy and sell. I have met this gaspode69 (Mr. Harcourt) from UK. A very bad seller. He sold me a watch (Vostok Kommandirskie)
-He sold me an item for 2.5x the price, and I bought it thinking to make a good deal.
-he illegally reported the wrong value of the package to the Danish custom (I have evidences and photos). The value of the package was 121 GBP and he reported 50. There is a possibility of a high fine up to 65000€ if I do this often and all his fault!!!
-he failed to report the IOSS VAT number on the package, and even lied saying he did.
-he denied assistance with Royal Mail for the double VAT I had to pay! And told me it was my job.
-he wrote very arrogant words toward me when I tried to show him the mistake he did, and said I was very arrogant
-stopped to reply.
You can check all messages we have sent each other and you can see what happened.
And you guys on ebay:
-canceled my bad feedback toward him!!!! This is a serious matter.
-And you invent reasons why not to pay back the VAT to me! I have already sent to you evidences of double VAT and you still do not provide me with help. Just words….
-treated to close my account because of extortion.
BASICALLY YOU EXTORT MY MONEY, THE SELLER DOES NOT DO HIS JOB, I PAY DOUBLE VAT, AND I GET ACCUSED OF EXTORTION!!!! Do you realize how serious are this accusations?

I find all this extremely disgusting!

I have no other choice than report your behave to the government entity that monitor extra EU traffic and hopefully they do something so you stop being so disrespectful.

I will delete my account after the last item I bought will arrive. I am really really disgusted!!!

Here it goes, DVD bought, arrives it’s a copy and the return label the seller provided is faded and would not scan at post office (suspect seller did this so you can’t send it back) so returned the items paying for the return (with receipt tracked)And now eBay won’t refund even though it was a copy and have valid proof it has been sent back, eBay has gone downhill all they care about is selling fees! Will be diverting everyone I know from using them GARBAGE!

Ciaoooo, ma perchè tutti inglesi qui su eBay.it? Why foreigner buy from eBay.it? I recommend you to buy from your local eBay web for better experience:) comunque per me esperienza da 5 stelle!! Tips: A) find a product you want at low price:)
B) check how they send the pack (if there is fastNfree logo that's very good) if there is like 50days of waiting time don't order. C) look seller reviews if he has 1000 of reviews with total of 93% or more positive feedback I think it's pretty safe. B&C are very important thing to keep in mind A is ur personal matter😁 byeeee good luck ebuyers

I just go to bad experience with ebay that i had ordered something from ebay and done the transaction and after 10 miutes i got email that my account is suspended and ebay support tell me that we don't do anything with that and they told me to report a complain against paypal and they are blamming to paypal. I don't know whey the ebay is doing these kinds of things!!!

The customer service for ebay.it is a disgrace. After returning an item to the seller, it was taking a while for the seller to refund it. I contacted the customer service about it. It was a waste of time: they would come up with any excuse not to refund. Amazon would have refunded it in a second!

Bad bad bad!!!!!! They sabotage themselves i think!
They suspends accounts for no reason saying your item it s fake with no reason !!!
My items are all genuine bought from Vestiare Collective or directly from the boutique!!
They close all my friends accounts but somehow the fakes accounts that they ahould close with visibile LV and Chanel fakes selling for 300 they don t close!
Shame on you ! Also they just finish the chat without letting me write the questions!
00000 stars for me ! Waisting time!

Stay away from ebay at all cost, amazon is a little better

Received reimbursement for item not received. So far my experience with ebay is satisfying.

I am just so surprised at the prices of the items! I have just placed my first order and would have had to pay a lot more elsewhere. I certainly will not hesitate to return back to this site for some more goods.

The most obnoxious and stubborn shopkeeper that has ever happened to me. Even though I have shown that the fault is his fault, he will never apologize to you and try to keep your money, instead of making a friendly offer. Fortunately, there is the eBay umbrella, which compensated me.
I strongly advise against this shop, and eBay should ban them, as they lower the level of reliability eBay offers for its stores.

Are you a honest and just a regular privat seller? Stay away from e-bay, you have been warned. E-bays rules are so biased and harsh, you will end up loosing both the money and the item you sold.
Ebay rules for sellers are scamers paradise. I got ripped off my coat, my money and my time. There are unscrupulous buyer who open a claim directly with eBay, like in my case, who it issues an automatic refund without any evidence from me being considered. I wrote dozens of emails to ebay customer service, prove the fraud,but nothing happens.The buyer is under ebays lavish "buyers protection" and she knows that.
