Excellent service my wife had a fall…

Excellent service my wife had a fall and fractured her shoulder phoned easyJet to book special assistance the person who took our call was professional and supportive and booked the special y for us making our journey home a bit easier knowing we would have help at Alicante airport

Making a change to group booking - all or nothing

once through to the online chat it was an easy process - my only frustration is not being able to amended family / group bookings without using the chat - for example changing on persons booking within a family group.

Great customer service

I would like to leave a review for Diyaa, who provided outstanding customer service. I contacted easyJet because I was concerned that part of my partner’s surname was missing from our booking and I wanted to make sure the details matched the passport correctly.

Diyaa listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and reassured me throughout the process. He was able to arrange for the correction to be made straight away, which gave me great peace of mind before travelling. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful from start to finish.

Thank you, Diyaa, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve. Your excellent customer service is greatly appreciated and you are a real credit to the company.

amazing staff

My partner suffers with claustrophobia, which can be hard to manage on a stuffy plane with lots of people around but when his anxiety got to him the amazing stewardess kept him calm, even fanning him to give him some cooler air and chatting away and distracting him. Then on the flight home the plane changed and our seats were reallocated, when he told the staff that he needed an aisle seat where he didn't feel so hemmed in, they stepped in immediately and reallocated the seats and then kept checking in on him that he was OK. Really impressed with the easyjet team on the outbound and inbound flights!
