Very poor customer service
EasyJet considers seats on either end of an aisle as neighbouring seats. Well, they assigned my 5-year old daughter one seat on one side of the aisle and her mother on the same row but on the other side of the aisle. She is a nervous flyer. I find it unacceptable that in this day and age, someone cannot programme a few parameters in a system to keep families with you children together. Simply unacceptable!
