I was promised a £25 voucher if I booked a holiday with them. I booked the holiday and received an email confirming the voucher. On return from holiday they did not give me the voucher. I complained and their response was, 'not sure what's happened, but go and contact the company that we use to issue the vouchers and sort it out with them'. Shocking response.
Their useless AI robots will respond to this message by apologising and then telling me that they're looking into it and will get back to me. Well, it's been months now and they haven't got back to me yet!

Absolutely disgusting. I’ve booked a flight in panic I cancelled because I’ve done the wrong dates and for me being in panic it’s cost me the baggage refund absolutely disgusting disgusting airline. I don’t know why I use it. I don’t know why anyone uses it. This review is pointless because you’re a big airline and you’re gonna carry on, but you’re disgusting.

Due to a genuine error, I accidentally booked the wrong flight today. Realizing my mistake immediately, I cancelled the entire booking less than one hour later. As the cancellation was made well within your 24-hour cooling-off period and caused no loss of booking availability, I kindly asked if they could waive the cancellation fee as a gesture of goodwill - no such thing unfortunately
