Easyjet's customer service doesn't…
Easyjet's customer service doesn't really help with mistakes made in bookings, unless you pay full price for anything you need to be done. There is no discretion by the agents to assist the customers when it is easy and makes sense to do so.

I have booked flights with Easyjet…
I have booked flights with Easyjet before and it was a good experience. Unfortunately I had 2 bad experiences with a recent booking that will make it prioritise other airlines in future.
First I booked the wrong date because their UI for picking dates is extremely confusing and was only able to get a refund minus the cancellation fee even though I cancelled right away.
The second was when my flight was cancelled. They gave me options to reschedule or get a refund. I rescheduled for free but later found that I couldn't take the flight because of logistic issues having to fly a later date. They didn't leave the option to get a refund and while this is policy they could make this option available given how much disruptions the cancellations cause even if it's not their issue.
