This is the 2nd time I've ordered the micro white and black diamond bracelet. First time it came all white diamonds. This time the diamonds are larger and I wanted the micro sized one. I contacted the service desk and no response

The necklace I ordered arrived on time. It was an attractive item, good quality and value for money. The website was easy to use.

Products are good but I had a query which I sent to customer services and had no response.

I love this bracelet. I bought the necklace awhile ago and love it as well!

Very poor communication, items do not have description on sizes etc.. and when emailed they answer 1 out of your 5 questions. not very helpful.

Beautiful earrings in a lovely gift box!
The double red heart earrings I ordered were not in stock but they rang and offered me a similar pair of triple hearts, that were more expensive at no extra cost to me!
Delivery was very quick.

I loved exploring the different types of jewellery they have, there’s nothing I cannot find that wouldn’t suit all types of occasions for my friends and family! I would recommend Dubaigems to everyone! I have never met such lovely staff. If it wasn’t for them I would have been lost, their communication skills are so welcoming I felt cared for as a customer and it wouldn’t be the same without them. Number 1 top quality company all around!
