Excellent customer service
Having searched the web for a quality clover bracelet I found Lloyds Jewelery. The item description was good as was the price. The service was quick and the item arrived when listed. Unfortunately when opened the wrong bracelet had been dispatched. One email to customer service resolved this issue, item was collected and a replacement issued and received within 48 hours. It was a pleasure to have the issue resolved with no fuss. If you judge a company on how they rectify an issue then Lloyds Jewelery has to be one of the best.

Good quality jewelry at decent prices
I ordered a lovely delicate necklace chain in platinum and it is exactly how it was described. The quality feels very good, and I received it in a lovely box a few days after ordering. The website is user-friendly, and they have a wide range of jewelry on offer. I would recommend this company.
