Good products, Good prices, Slow shipping. Customer service does respond, but they don't seem concerned with addressing the poor shipping practices, even after hundreds of poor reviews about it.

I have only ordered the thca crumble so far. Good product. Good price. Only reason for not giving 1 star.
I have ordered 5 times. The first time they shipped after 2 days.
The last 4 orders - 1 to 2 weeks before they even give the order to USPS.
They will respond to your inquiry emails after a few days but try and place blame on USPS or anything else they can think of.
I will not order from Dr. G anymore unfortunately.
If you have no issues paying for something and then waiting 2+ weeks for it to ship, then best of luck to you.

How cán you have a successful business when you don't take care of your customers in a efficient and timely and professional manner.....if you don't value your customers transactions professionally will crash and burn their are other cannabis companies that deliver in a timely and professional manner step up or step off

I can confirm the shipping issues expressed here. I've ordered from Dr. Ganja twice, and both times my order has sat for a week or more (the second order 10 days!) before shipping. The prices are reasonable, but not outrageously good, and they certainly don't justify the long shipping limbos. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

The only reason I chose "two stars" is because I did actually receive what I ordered, so it's not an out-and-out scam. Just a very poorly run company.

As per all the other reviews my parcel was incorrectly addressed so returned to sender. 50% returned but not the over expensive freight charges. Couldn't give a damn about customer or order. NEVER AGAIN WIL I USE OR RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY.

Imho, they are using their own products. I placed an order, they charged my card, they sent updating emails saying it has shipped.

The usps tracking number states a label has been printed.

So, I called. Finally got through, spoke with a young lady who apologized saying it was because of Cinco de Mayo….

Turned everything over to my bank as credit card fraud.

These folks are baked! I had to learn the hard way… I just couldn’t accept the reviews……

Update: got my stuff. 1st, I must apologize to drganja. Their back office app must have been on break.

It was an interesting experience. Tracking finally began reflecting transportation updates. The first thing I noticed was that it took only 2 days to get from LA to Fort Worth. Then the truck drove it up to northern Texas, about an hour from me, where it stayed overnight (Paradise Texas) and then went back to Fort Worth to begin the trek all over gain.

Finally got here in 10 days.

Product I ordered I have had before from Dank Lite. Still great stuff!

Never received items. Said they shipped it but it hasn’t showed up and usps tracking still says “awaiting shipment” after 4 weeks. spend ur money elsewhere

There is not much else to say. I got scammed. I'm uncertain how to get my $80 back. They marked it as shipped the day after I ordered, but it's been 9 days and it hasn't been shipped. They provided a tracking number but never gave the package to USPS. I tried reaching out to them but they never got back to me. Dr. Ganja is a horrible company and should be avoided at all costs.

This company deceives customers by informing them their package has been shipped and in reality isn’t actually shipped until five or more days later. I’m a USPS employee and I can confirm they do this to their customers. If you want something in a timely manner it will be best to stay away from this place.

Let me be up front about Dr Ganja. Their products deserve more than 5/5 stars. Their shipping is -5 out of 5 all day every day. THREE TIMES (different orders, different dates) I have had to reach out to their customer service in order to see the USPS tracking change from Shipping Label Created/USPS waiting for package to In Transit. They'll state that the shipper may have missed a scan and not to worry that the products have in fact shipped and are not in the warehouse, but let me say that I have ordered multiple packages weekly or bi-monthly from California and all over the west coast for quite a while and USPS never misses any scans! Doubtful it's USPS...

Got order #1 but the order #2 I really wanted is in Canada for some reason? I wanted to give more stars but frustrated with lack of response.. Edit.. They did respond but went to junk.. And the shipping issue wasn't their fault to be fair.. Great company really.. They deserve more stars

Shipping times are atrocious. I contacted Dr ganja it took them ages to reply when they did reply they said my order may have been misplaced I noticed it was only after I complained at them my order started moving
The products are really good value for money I would love to use this company more bug they need to work on their international shipping times. 💚

Today is Jan 20th 2023 I placed 2 orders Dec 29th 2022 that I have not received. both orders have not shown any movement status change since Dec 30th 2022.
the message on the USPS site is:
Your shipment was received at 5:28 pm on December 30, 2022 in LOS ANGELES, CA 90025. The acceptance of your package is pending. I have sent 3 messages and 3 e-mail. with no reply.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER AND BASICALLY WAS TOLD THEY DONT CARE ! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!

Great products, terrible shipping! I live in the east coast USA and this is the second time the company has been unreasonable with shipping time? It takes exactly 10 days after shipping. I've ordered from other companies in California and they've arrived in 2-3 days max so this is ridiculous:(

Been ordering for years figure out how to get packages posted quicker to AUS extract labs ship out of California never ever takes longer than 3 weeks to Syd dr ganja I’ve had enough of waiting months on months for delivery so I went and got my medical prescription thankgod! also you overcharged for shipping for the longest time 50usd flat fee should of at least been express only thing keept me coming back is low prices so glad to not put up with this anymore your products and price are great the shipping experience is just terrible

This company is a joke, the shipping in the us is terrible, they blame it on usps when in fact they print the labels fast, but actually getting it to a post office seems a problem for them, I have been waiting for weeks and nothing yet, just says label printed. customer service is a joke, emails sent and nothing, also there is an entire group on reddit that has complaints about them not shipping.

So they at least do ship their products, but service is nearly non existent, it seems there’s zero structure in customer support even in the support that they do have.

Only since last year I started getting trouble with orders. Last 2 from a year back and 2.5 months back not received. Previous orders however usually arrived in 1-1.5 months, sometimes even earlier. (Even when covid was trending)

It was said; “if anything you’ll get a refund” - I confirmed that was a good solution, and they said it would be checked. That was 1 week ago. No response after, be careful when ordering - i wouldn’t recommend - but if you do be sure you have the option to charge back if they mess it up and don’t have customer support.

Maybe there are some problems causing them not to be able to refund - that’s okay - so I suggested a reship but no response. If you see this I’d appreciate help to solve this issue - but I doubt drganja will.
If you do i can update this review with a follow up.

Not responding to calls, emails. After messages on their Instagram account and dms I got left on read multiple times, often a week at a time.
At least they were seeing my messages. And they don’t respond - feelsbadman.

Even though I dislike it, I’ll probably be charging back next week - still have an old order that’s gone - doubt I will get a reship or refund on that one.
