Quick to take payment slow to get orders out
I ordered from Dr. Ganja and had to threaten to cancel my order before they finally shipped the product. I tried a new up and coming seller Thcaexpress.com and received my order fast. Smoke is great and prices and quality will keep me coming back.

Placed an order on nov 8th from 4 diffrent companys 3 of the 4 company delivered within 5 buissness days unfortunatly my order from Dr. Ganja has still not even hit the post office yet.. Dr. Ganja seems to years behind all the competition.
Shipping took 2 weeks and received expired product.
I ordered my product October 31 2023. I just got it today, November 13 2023. The Expiration date on the product is August 2023. Took two weeks to get here and it's an expired product. Definitely won't be shopping here again.
They lost my package, money, and my respect.
My 2-4 day expected delivery got lost harder than Gilligan on a stormy charter boat. (likely wasn't even sent) while their phone/voicemail was more bound and gagged than my supposed funds they'll likely abscond with.

Ordered on Nov. 1. Got a label the next afternoon. It is now mid November and yet no movement on my package. This is the last time I do business with this company. They need to be shut down and reported to the BBB. They are scamming customers on wait times. Taking orders on products they don't have on hand but are pretending to have on hand. We're practically paying for pre-orders. This is ridiculous and unethical. No customer service at all. Nobody picks up the damn phone or answers emails until after they ship your stuff, so you can't get a refund. All around shady business practices. Someone seriously needs to have this place shut down or at least the post office needs to quit taking their business. It makes USPS look terrible when Dr.Ganja continues to state "its the post office, not us"... eventhough we all know those are lies. I called personally and they told me they receive hundreds of calls about this company weekly. And, they're planning to stop taking their packages. Meaning, they won't be able to ship anywhere ever again. This company is screwing things up for bud smokers. Because of them, USPS can decide to stop shipping for all the companies just to avoid the harassing calls & the defamation by companies wrongfully blaming the postal service. I don’t know what happened used to be a ok company seems like they are pulling tricks now. No updates on shipping payed extra for fast shipping having packages sit for 2 weeks. This is ridiculous do not buy from this company they are just scamming at this point.

Terrible business
Well where should i start?, First time ordering, they printed a label and called it shipped, Well the package was "preparing" for shipment for 2 weeks, Until I emailed them a copy of the SEC's prompt shipment publication, wWell what do you know, They emailed me back immediately and said that I would be seeing the status of my package change, and I did, and I did recieve the package.
Product was OK, so FF to a couple of weeks later, I made another order for $100. And they immediately withdrew the funds, and proceeded to immediately cancel and "refund" my order, so Dr. Ganja had my funds for 4 days and did not actually fill the order.
They didn't respond to my email this time, nor do they answer their phone, nor do they ship within 24-72 hours as stated on their site.
Bottom line: Dr Ganja is a dishonest and shady bussiness, so deal with them at your own risk.
There are multiple other businesses providing better services than Dr.Ganja, and on top of that these other businesses actually keep their word and communicate with the client.

I’m in the same boat as everyone else. I find it insane that people think it’s okay to have their orders take 2 weeks+ just to get it taken to the post office when it say on their site all orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours.. at this rate they’ll have no business because they won’t speed things up and be transparent. They should at least put a warning up saying it will take a while instead of scamming people into paying for priority shipping.. taking my business elsewhere as should everyone else thinking about ordering from them due to their prices. It’s just not worth the headaches. Arete seems to have their business in line so I’d suggest y’all go there.

I guess this company has turned to scamming people. I placed an order on October 25. With no activity on the order other than a shipping label being printed, I canceled the order on November 1. Rather than refund my money, these scammers supposedly shipped the order on November 3. Whether the order was actually shipped or not remains to be seen. This company can't be trusted. I will be disputing the charge. Never do business with this company.

Scam I put an order in two weeks ago and still don’t have it. I looked up the tracking number and it’s never been shipped. Then I went to the website, the status of my package says completed but never been shipped yet. The customer service is also bad. Still waiting for a response from a week ago. Don’t waste your money. It’s a scam.

They Will Rob You
The worst. Bogus website. They take your money, They don’t ship your items. Thieves and liars. You’ll be lucky if you can get a hold of anyone to even request a refund. Not even sure I’m gonna get my money back. Haven’t seen nor heard a peep from these criminals.
Extreemly poor customer service
Made an order 7 days ago. It still hasn't shipped nor has anyone contacted me back after several attempts to resolve the issue. Tried both email and phone.

edit add: It has now been 13 days. Several emails and phone calls - no response. Tried to cancel the order, was told I can't because of their 24 hr cancel policy. They also have a policy of shipping within 24-72 hrs. That didn't happen.The cancel order email was the only one that was responded to.
Order at your own risk.
edit 2: I did the cancel order again. In my cancel note I made sure to add their own policy of shipping (again not just labeling) products w/in 24-72 hrs. This would be the second time of doing this. I then received an email saying they talked to the 'management' and finally canceled my order. If they can use their policy against you, you can use it against them.

Edit 11/2: lol. just received an marketing email from them with nothing but positive reviews with statements like 'I know it takes long but ya gotta wait for the good stuff'. No other vendor has this issue that I've seen. Small or large. And it's not the time it takes, ITS THE LACK OF ANY SERVICE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had they simply returned my email with a sorry it's taking so long or anything really but they didn't so, this is how it is. Good product or not, when you treat people like crud, expect to get the same back.

8 days now and my product has not even…
8 days now and my product has not even made it to the post office yet. Ordered on 10/13/23 and still only says shipping label has been created. This is very inconsiderate and rude. And after reading the nightmares about this company I don't even know how they can manage to still be in business. I've never experienced anything like this from any other company in my life. And I shop alot online. Emailed customer support as well and no response. This company must have the poorest management of all companies in the United States. I will never buy from them again. You would think all of the bad reviews they would try to implement some sort of quality control. I wrote this review in hopes that just maybe I will get some sort of response from the company and some sort of resolution to the issue I've encountered.
My experience with Dr. Ganja
So I placed my order on 19th of September, on 21st September I received an email saying the item has been shipped and also received a tracking number. On checking the tracking number it appeared to be as label created and not received by the courier service.
I gave it a week and email to the support team, the support team confirmed their is a buffer before the items can be shipped due to security reason and advised it will be 10 business days before the item is shipped for international orders.
20 days later I wrote another email and the staff responded with confirmation that the item had been shipped this was 14th of Oct. The status on the tracking website showed the item as received by partner company on the 12th Oct.
Athe status remained unchanged for atleast a week and just before I was about to send another email to the support team, I received an email from courier saying it on its way to delivery and it finally arrived on the 20th of October.
So they have indeed shipped the order everything is great, yet to check the products but as far as the company goes it’s genuine, shipping and communication is little difficult to deal with as I could hardly track the order and had no idea what was the actual status.
