We were given a number of choices when buying our bed and the sales staff were incredibly helpful
From the tests which showed how we lay in bed to the narrowing down of possibilities nothing was too much trouble

From entering the showroom, to the delivery and installation, , I was treated as a valued and individual customer.

Fantastic and very helpful service

Absolutely brilliant services, Ken was very informative, Id never taken the diagnostic bed test before but it was really good, And without being told anything to sway my decision i chose the mattress which the computer best suggested to our sleep preferences, 1 week in and we are having the best nights sleep ever, we dont want to get out of bed ! the deal i originally saw said online purchase only Ken was able to sort it so we dealt with a human ( so much better) and ensure that we got exactly what we needed

Easy purchase on line. Delivery drivers were lovely.
We went in to the shop to have a look but weren't approached by staff like the other customers were and didn't for some reason get treated the same so we chose not to consider buying in store.

Bed was delivered on the day specified and exactly on time. The delivery driver was very polite and carried the various parts on and explained how it went together.

Prompt service, delivery at a convenient time, and very helpful delivery men who carried the bed up to the bedroom. They even wore overshoes to protect our flooring.

I made my choice and after payment received my order in the time quoted by delivery team. No hitches, no problems encountered. Then bliss, the comfort of restful sleep.
