What made my experience great as always with Dreams Hereford is the staff and their knowledge about all products in the store . and right through to delivery perfect that is why we keep coming back

Comfy bed that I sleep on every night

Goods delivered on time but the Mattress Cover purchased did not. We were told that it would be delivered by post, after numerous phone calls to the Hereford branch we were told that it had not been posted. Hence the Cover is still to be delivered. Hopefully it will arrive by post this coming Wednesday🤞🤞some three weeks after the Mattress.

Went to Store with open mind , greeted by Sales Lady with asked the relevant then went into SALES mode with the sales aid lying on the all singing and dancing Beds telling us what sort of mattress was needed,
Shown the options and settled on a Brand I knew

My experience of purchasing a bed from Dreams was 5 star all the way. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly and efficient assistant, who could not have been more helpful.
The delivery of the mattress and the removal of the old one was done quickly and efficiently by two friendly drivers.
Finally the mattress is very comfortable and needless to say we are very pleased with it

I’m very pleased with my new bed. The assistant at the store was very helpful in guiding me to choose the mist suitable bed for my needs. Delivery and assembly was also very efficient.

Launa truly went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. Even though the store was close to closing on a Sunday, she gave us her full attention without ever making us feel rushed. She engaged with my son respectfully and confidently, treating him as an equal participant in the decision-making process. She carefully selected pillows tailored to his needs, walked us through the mattress simulator with clear explanations, and ensured we fully understood every option available. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine warmth made the experience exceptional. Launa didn’t just help us choose a bed – she made us feel valued, listened to, and completely supported throughout the entire visit. She provided a level of service that is rare to find and truly demonstrated what exceptional customer care looks like.

We are very happy with our new mattrass and pillows. In addition we were extremely pleased with the service we received in the shop as well as the courteous and polite delivery of our products.

I am pleased with the bed to the point it’s strong and nice looking,the headboard is lovely.The storage space is wonderful and lifts up with ease. I’m disappointed that the bed is directly on the floor with no wheels on the bed,it’s now marking the carpet and can’t move it.I didn’t notice it in the store,my eyesight is not very good and having two cataracts done in December.But I would still recommend Dream to my friends because it was my fault.Thank you

Very welcoming and polite staff. Comfortable mattress

We visited the store to buy a base & two mattresses. My husband & I tried the bed machine and she asked my husband's nationality. Whilst we tried out some beds, I asked if she could help my son choose a bed. She asked my son, if he was my husband's brother. Did she think I was trying out beds with my other son?! My son replied, No he is my stepdad. So then she asked, is that your mum? (She knew very well I was his mother as I asked her to help my son choose a bed.) My son replied, yes. She then said, Well, if your mum can get someone who looks like that!"
Did she think I was too old and ugly for my husband? That he was too good a "catch" for me? What should have been a pleasant afternoon choosing beds, turned out to be humiliating & embarrassing. Before we left she asked how long we had been married?! Had my son told my husband and I this before we had left the store, we would have left and bought beds elsewhere. Not so much a dream; more of a nightmare and we won't ever buy from Dreams again. The employee was rude and insulting. She needs to be trained in customer service & advised that interrogations & insults to customers are not part of the remit. I AM NOT ABLE TO REPLY TO YOU. I CALLED THE STORE IF YOU WANT MORE INFO CALL THEM.
