Single bed quality of manufacture
I have had a single bed base and mattress which was damaged by the delivery team. This was exchanged promptly however the replacement base was also damaged. This was also replaced promptly but again, the base is damaged. I have now been told that this model is no longer available and I need to go to the store to find out what the replacement model is (which I have been told, does not come in the original colour selected, which also now means i need to change the headboard too. While customer services have been helpful so far, I am having serious doubts over the quality of product and Dreams quality control processes.

Excellent service
From the moment of entering the store the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Time was taken to find a mattress that fitted our needs. Delivery was very prompt and they arrived on time and placed the mattress on the bed.
